Quick dispatch from the online store. Ordered saline spray off the online shop for a flaring piercing late Thursday night, it was dispatched the next morning and arrived on Sunday morning.

I brought my daughter in today because we were worried her ears may have been infected and needed a professional opinion. We dealt with Jake who was incredibly kind and caring and respectful, especially when my daughter began to cry and express her fears of the pain that she may have to endure. All in all it was a pleasant experience and he made her feel comfortable and calm with his demeanour. I’ve had piercings myself done here and it was always a great experience. Thoroughly recommend anyone to use this place for their piercing needs.

Larissa pierced a lobe set for me yesterday and she was so careful, chill and gentle - barely even felt it. Loved it, such a good experience. All the folks working there were super friendly. Place is spotless. Will go back for my next ones for sure.

After the accidental consumption of one of the balls that came loose from my tongue bar, I called Industrial Strength Body Piercing the next morning to see about a replacement piece. Having been 15 or so years since I'd had my tongue pierced (at Industrial Strength @ Newtown, mind you!) I had totally forgotten what size, gauge etc I would need and I had no chance of getting into Newtown in person in the foreseeable future.

The lady I spoke with was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and as I did not have the time to come into the store she advised me well on what I needed to order, and I received my replacement piece the next day!

I loved the replacement piece - a 4mm flat bezel Swarovski gem - so much that I ordered a second one for my other tongue bar, and it also came in the mail the following day.

Had a great experience here. Wanted to get my septum pierced but tried to choose a good quality place to avoid any chance of bad practice. It took me 2 hours each way to travel but it was 100% worth it. The girls at the front were very friendly and informative. My piercer, Jacob, was very professional and explained everything to me. Will definitely be recommending this place and will be coming here for future piercings too:)

I had a simple lobe piercing yesterday with Jacob “Jake” he was such a delight. Jake took the time to talk myself and my friend through the entire experience as we both spontaneously decided to have piercings. As someone who has had multiple experiences getting piercings for well over a decade he has definitely provided one of the most memorable and positive experiences I’ve had, he was clean and softly spoken, interesting and knowledgeable, the cleanliness of not only the space but the place of piercing on myself and my friend showed a level of attention and care and I left that studio feeling elated to have spent $80 on a lobe piercing I know will not be infected because he took the time to explain how to manage our new piercings at home. Thank you so much Jake I appreciate it so much.

My daughter had her ears pierced by Dimitri on her 10th birthday. It was a big deal for her (she was nervous and excited!). Dimitri was very patient and gentle. He really took his time and did a great job. The shop had a great range of jewellery also.

Larissa did a beautiful job with my piercings, she is very professional, hygienic, kind and calm as well as being gentle. I would definitely recommend you see Larissa if you are a little nervous about piercings as she made the whole process a breeze. The staff here were all also very helpful and everyone had a smile on their face.

Larissa was friendly, professional, hygienic, efficient and made my first time piercing a good experience. Definitely not cheap but I now have neat, tidy and even lobe piercings so I’d say it’s worth it.

Very professional and friendly. I got a Daith piercing and I hardly felt it, it was so well done. Good aftercare instructions also, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a piercing!

Had my lobe piercings done by Larissa:) She was super nice, and the piercing itself was relatively painless. It's $120 for both ears, and an extra $15 if you want to buy the sanitiser to clean your ears.
