49THIS COMPANY USE TO BE GOOD BUT HAS GONE DOWNHILL, my second to last order took 6 weeks after having to be resent. Last order delivered back to warehouse was offered a refund but refund never happened. Now don't answer phones or emails. Shocking service. Would highly advise you not use this company, as they in fact have embezzled me.
Terrible customer service. I rang three times, I listened to recorded message for long time but no one picked the phone. Then I tried pressing the * button for a call back still nothing. Is there anyway to contact independence Australia apart from the STUPID 1300 number?
Very Bad Service! More than 2 weeks haven’t received my orders when they say take 1-4 days to delivery. Try to email and call, received no response! You guys need to be reported!
Currently on hold for the second time today waiting to speak to someone after an un answered email and 3 days after I placed my order. I’m in desperate need of the boot j paid for as I can’t walk properly and have kids to run after. There is no status to my order being shown so I doubt it has been dispatched.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Send out the wrong products and refuse to answer the phone or reply to emails to try and fix the situation. I have referred them to the Fair Trade Ombudsman.
The product is of very high quality. Have had two deliveries so far. Both prompt deliveries. I ordered pads on line in the morning, by lunchtime they had arrived. Very impressive.
Independence Australia's web store used to be an economic and reliable option, but in the past 6 months, deliveries have often arrived weeks after orders were placed, and the company tends to not respond to emails promptly.
Also, beware that their accounts department can be a mess and might even send incorrect payment requests. I was sent a threatening email demanding payment for invoices that were already paid.

Great place to shop for products not kept by pharmacies. Excellent and quick service to the country. Very reasonable prices on products.
