A very simple and straightforward ordering and payment process. My order was received without delay.

Products are great when they are in stock but delivery is a nightmare. They use flimsy cheap boxes and make them so heavy that they are hard to lift. They also use really large boxes that they only half fill and then dump a ton of packaging on top.

They use Fastway as their courier and the courier does not even ring the doorbell or follow delivery instructions. They dump the box in a random place and don't even advise you that it's there. IA are aware of the delivery issues but continue to use Fastway anyway even though customers are suffering.

Then because the boxes are so heavy, disabled people have to try and drag the boxes along to get it in to their home. I had one delivery where I had to unpack the box into a little trolley and then try to walk back and forth about 20 metres each way, 5 times in order to get the order into my home.

Their website is ok to use, it's not great but it's not overly cumbersome. If you don't check out right away, they clear your cart! I once set up my cart and then went back a few days later to add an item once I found out the name of it and my cart was empty and I had to start again.

The only reason I shop with them is because they bill my NDIS plan managers directly and I don't have to worry about payment. If I knew of another company who billed my NDIS then I wouldn't use IA at all.

So easy to order on line and Quick delivery service this is the second time I had ordered from Independence Australia and I will stick with this company Thank you

No customer service staff picking up phones as trying to place order for my elderly 95 year old mother and was on the phone for 1 hour on Wednesday 19th and tried ringing Thursday and today no answer…. Is there something wrong with there carrier service Telstra or Optus

Products are good, communication is very bad, emails are being ignored, phone calls take well over an hour just for them to answer.needs a lot of improvement regarding customer service. Plus orders are not arriving, and because of lack of communication unable to complain about it.

An excellent company for medical supplies. I have been buying dressing supplies from them for a very long time. The variety and prices are very good and the delivery is exceptionally fast.

Order the hand sanitizer for long time for my patient, but not received anything yet, tried to contact to the customer services, but no response. Bad customer services.

Absolutely no compassion when requesting a SWAP (NOT a refund) of a box of unopened products 10 days over the return period of 14days (the elderly person was hospitalised in the return period and has deteriorated to the point where they now require a different product)
Will never use this company again under any circumstances and strongly suggest prospective customers search for other suppliers who provide the same products with better service at more competitive prices!

Again the service provided was faultless. Goods arrived at my door within 3 days of ordering. It was easy to track on the carriers website which provided updates until delivery was effected. Once again thank you for your consistent service it is appreciated.
