Ok a first they fail to answer emails phone calls take a over a hour to get though to someone i am missing items i paid for

I find that ordering via the website online is invariably messy and difficult. Other than that the delivery is speedy and competent.

Aramex delivery is appalling. Over the years they have lost 2 orders (admitting their fault) My last order placed has a tracking status as "unable to deliver"?

Usually quite quickly processed although this time I can’t find out when it’s going to be delivered, I think I’ve got to access my account but I haven’t worked out how to do that, lack of computer skills. Oh well, the product is great and the price so reasonable including free delivery over $50, and to me that really makes a difference. Recently bought Poise Incontinence Pads from Independence as I have found it very difficult to buy them through normal retailers mainly out of stock

I think their phone lines must be operated by the disabled people too. No answer. One phone number on the website is disconnected.

New customer, received email order shipped cant track it as sent wrong tracking number. Sent email no reply tried calling cant get through. Im not happy was an urgent order. So now what.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and heard nothing back from you guys despite I sent 2 emails enquiring when it could be shipped and also call but no response at all.

Staffs in NSW warehouse are all friendly and supportive. Ken on customer service line is helpful and solves my problem in ten minutes.
