IKEA Warehouse Rhodes

Very efficient, although parking is very limited and it's a 10-ish minute drive from the actual IKEA store.

Terrible service for click and collect!
Waiting for 1.5 hours!
Every staff is helpless.
Keep explaining waiting for 2 hours is reasonable!

Pretty good, what you would expect at an IKEA, but I found it very hard to find or flag down any staff members when I needed some assistance in the warehouse area

I love love Ikea just one thing though it's either there is so much staff but they r all busy coz it's packed or when it's not packed u hardly find any staff lol so it's a lose lose situation n I feel u gotta do it homework before hand in order not to waste alot of time if that makes any sense

I bought a rug from IKEA Rhodes, the lady in the rugs section told me I had to pay and pickup at the seperate warehouse. So I have to drive to the warehouse only to be told they can’t take payment and I have to drive back to the store and then back again to pick up the rug. This means I have to pay for parking twice and all the while I’ve got a baby in the car.
I asked if I could pay over the phone or online but apparently not.disappointed in the lack of options. Cmon, I like your products but why make it so hard?

A warehouse for picking up IKEA items that are not in stock at the main IKEA.
Expect a bit of wait before your items are ready, so I recommend to grab some food or do some other shopping before you head over. That way, you'll get your items pretty much straight away.

Not too many parking spots outside, but I have never seen the place too busy, so that shouldn't matter much.

There are flatbed trolleys available to take your items to the car.

Note that there are no sales in this location, you have to buy and pay for your items at the main IKEA first, and bring your paperwork over for the pickup.

Very large and well laid out store.
Parking was easy but some require use of lifts to access Ikea which might be a problem if you have a large order to take to your car.

Most larger items however are received by their warehouse which is about a 5 min drive from the main store. Service at this location was excellent. There is a public toilet available, a waiting area and the pick up section is wide and has easy access for you to load up. There is also a cardboard bin for customers to dispose of packaging if required.

The Tempe store is much wider and has easier access than this store however Ikea has done an excellent job at managing the Rhodes store in a tight area.

Official call said it will open today, when we arrived its closed and called them again, they said it's closed. Too stupid serve line

Horrible experience, I I could give zero rating I would. Staff where rude and uninterested which is disappointing, I had heard about the bad service at ikea now I know I won't be back. Don't bother

This is the large package collection warehouse for IKEA, but not the actual retail store. You can't buy products here, only collect what has been bought at the main store.

There is easy parking and access, the staff are helpful and friendly. There is also a bathroom and snack machine in case there is a longer wait for your order to be picked.

I don't have much to say about the furniture and all that stuff but the kitchen is! Possibly the best place I've ever been! Coffee is $2 and has infinite refills! Meatballs taste very acceptable, would probably eat at least 100.free wifi, although you may have difficulty with the odd man who works at the counter.he's been there for over 7 years and I'm fairly certain he's ready to give up on life.best to just move along when you get to him.any sort of contact will send him into a fit of rage.

Nice place very creative way of showing you how the furniture can be arranged. The cafeteria has limited items and majority is frozen fried so take your call - parking is an issue on the weekends so try to visit after hours or on the weekends

Cheap furniture and great food. Brekkie is great and at a great price. Very generous portions. The furniture is cheap but does the job as always. Do not come here for high quality items.

Just PICK UP location, if you’ve ordered something, not the actual store. The store is 20 min south by walk from this location.

A multi-billion dollar company with a disgraceful attempt at a boxing day clearance - a very small selection of iitems that that no body would ever buy. Is it unreasonable to ask for a better sale?

Beware when getting things delivered by IKEA, I lost two days due to them not delivering as per their schedule. If you are going to call them to find out where the delivery is, make sure your phone is charged. My shortest call was 50 minutes on hold, the longest was 1 hour and 40 minutes.

I asked to speak to a manager who managed to get the delivery done the next day, however they were 1.5 hours later than the 4 hour delivery window.

Lots of great furniture items, and lots of staff to help you, it's a very large area though, but it's nice that they have lots of signs / maps to help.

Cheap but sturdy furniture some of which we have had for over 20 years. Too bad about the meatballs. I think management must eat somewhere else because they obviously don't taste test their own stuff - but the chips and bread rolls are good.

IKEA is a great store. We have all heard of it and their products. This store whilst okay is no where near as good as the Marsden Park Store. Staff unfriendly, when I asked the location of an item which I found on their app. Yes they have the product range but I will go elsewhere. Download the app as it tells you if the items in stock if not then the store that is closest with stock.

Very upset with Ikea delivery and service! We had been promised delivery of our fully paid couch for tomorrow, but received a text message saying delivery was delayed and to reschedule. Upon calling the number given, I had to wait 52 MINUTES on the phone, only to be told that delivery would only be possible 2 weeks from now! After we'd specified we needed it for a party on Christmas day and payed for full delivery in advance! - very disappointing service from a world renowned company!
