From my first contact with Greg over the phone planning and offering advice and meeting Ben onsite the first day of the build I couldn't ask for more, especially as this was my first time building. This is an experienced and professional company who deliver on their promises. I had a granny flat built and despite some difficulties with the foundations initially, it was completed by Christmas. I would suggest however that you stay closely connected at every stage to ensure you can make adjustments (eg location of aircon,) before its too late to do the change.

From the minuet we spoke to someone over the phone to the minuet the granny flat was complete the service was nothing but professional. Not only was it fully complete just the way we asked it to be it was done in under the estimated time limit.

Every stage of our custom-designed granny flat on a difficult, sloping block was handled expertly and professionally by the friendly staff at Ian Cubitt's. We enjoyed a pain free build from start to finish. Any issues that arose were very quickly resolved. Our site supervisor Darren always phoned to tell us who would be attending the site and what they would be doing. A very professional company.

They won me over with their great exhibition at Emu Plains which allowed me to see what I would get for my money. Then their planning dept helped me assess suitability of properties i was considering purchasing. Their customer engagement, communication and commitment to deliver satisfaction cannot be faulted. Any issues were quickly addressed. The granny flat is now ready for me to move into well ahead of schedule. Highly recommended!

Overall we were happy with the experience with ICCHI. The GF was completed well ahead of time at our request which was great. Few little issues with paint and plumbing but once identified they were sorted by Simon. He was great to work with and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Ensure you read the contract thoroughly to know what to expect and you will have no issues. Thanks again ICCHI!
