Huge aquatic swimming centre, kid definitely love the place because they get extra family time after the swimming lessons

You need to update your portal and customer service. The swimming booking portal doesn’t load. Can’t change my bookings etc.tried numerous times and it always slow to load.

When trying to call your phone line no one picks up even though it’s open hours. Tried different days and times still can’t get through. So frustrating.

Swimming teachers are nice though.

Great facilities and loads of fun for the kids, the kiosk had a great selection for what it is and a fantastic coffee! Yum:)
Cons: it's very dirty, paying on top of your ticket for the slides is silly, and parking is tight.
All up I would still recommend the pool.

The staff was horrible, very disorganised. Everytime we go there, there’s a problem. It’s either switching courts or time shortage. I hope this gets fixed for our next visit very disappointed.

Hard to find a good swim instructor for your kids. The floors are dirty and always full of hair - the bathrooms are disgusting! The chips in the canteen are probably the best thing about this place!

Decent facilities - decent refereeing - good amount of teams in the competition (basketball Tuesday nights).

Horrible place to enjoy a relaxing swim if you are an adult.was told i couldn’t be in the bigger pool unless i was doing laps but the other pool was knee deep. All i wanted to do was float and relax and maybe practise holding my breath. Only decent thing about the place was it’s sauna

This place has potential to be such a great centre but it falls a bit short. For starters the change room facilities could be improved, the showers in the family change room leaks so much so that you barely any water out of actual shower nozzle. The cafe variety could be improved, and it would be great if the tables were kept clean. The guy who makes coffee moves at a snails pace, and the coffee is not worth the wait when he is done!

Nice place, however the court equipments are old. Changing room is not good or less space.
Overall it good.

I love it but would love it even more if there were more pools for the number of patrons so I could go more often. Management really needs to consider expanding the complex to cater for the demand from lap swimmers. The lap pool is used nightly for swim lessons and I have to wait around.

The water was nice and warm but then never put my kids up a level they were 11 and 6 but they treated them like babyies

Had a few birthday parties here. Great for the kids.

They had huge blow up slides and then pool time. It's a little crazy with all the kids running around but they have fun. They sleep well that night.

THIEVES in every sense! They did it twice to me when my kids were sick with vomiting and diarrhea. They refused to give make up lessons saying that I have to give 24 hours notice. How can I predict kids sickness 24 hours in advance? So I decided to cancel, and they sent me an email confirming they will use the bond for the last 2 weeks. But guess what? They called me today saying that I still owe them money. THIEVES.don’t trust them.

Great fitness centre, aquatic centre, indoor sports complex. Caters to a large population but very well equipped to handle the crowd. All equipment and facilities are very well spaced.

Very nice and friendly staff at reception. Sauna and steam bath quite busy but manageable. Can’t believe there is no bubbler facility anywhere even next to sauna. People have to fill their bottles from shower!
Swimming ok but they absolutely need to put signs in Chinese on lanes and police it regularly. Was doing laps in fast lane a few days ago and this Asian man dropped in in front of me and started walking. Hope answer from management but they seem to selectively only answer good ratings only
