60The place was very nice could have more of a chose of stickers & some sew on patches. The lady inside the entrance (Ros) was a delight to talk to
So kind and polite. Shared all informatiln with us with availbale time left to see at hunter valley.
Nancy from the Visitor Information Centre is very helpful and polite. You can tell that she is trying her best to help you even though it’s Christmas Eve. She is doing beyond her ability to help. I am very glad and proud of her customer service.
Really friendly staff, give good advice. Eventhough we had limited time in Hunter Valley, we were able to see a lot!
Very friendly staff, great customer service. Gave very helpful information and guided in correct direction.
Staff was nice. They also can book the hotel for you. The day we went was on the day with red hot chilli pepper band. They suggested in good details of bars, winery and restaurants open till late.
Yes yes yes, i stopped by here to push a loaf out and the toilets were quite clean.would recomend your toilets to anyone passing by.oh and the paper was of very good qualities, made my bum feel very pampered thank you.
Good to visit before heading up to vineyards. The have free maps and guides plus can give you some hints which places you could prioritise. The same map however you can download from their website.
Information at its best one can get. We got to know more local information than we expected to explore places like locals rather than vistors
Good no nonsense cafe conveniently at the visitor information centre. Very handy stop for coffee and cake to plan your wineries trip
Excellent information not just for the Hunter but for all of NSW. Friendly and helpful staff, definitely worth checking out when visiting the area.
A nice place to get yourself refreshed with coffee and things to eat. Get information about places you can go and things you can do in the valley. Most important thing is you can have a awesome view of the valley in helicopter and fixed wings. Price is $60 for 6 minutes for helicopter on weekends and sometime holidays
Best place to get every info about hunter valley, very friendly staff. Bonus - you can do some wine tasting as well.
Just a quick stop for the cafe inside the centre today, lovely coffee and the surrounding is much improved than before. Love it.
Good place to stop and get your winery map - also has a selection of wine type gifts and samples to try
Very helpful staff. They pointed us to visit some small wineries and the dairy in Lovedale. Easy parking.
Very helpful people. Just tell them what wine you prefer and they circle the winery in the map for you. The place is very nice.
The ladies at the center were very helpful and informative. The gift shop and items for sale were nice, updated and stylish items.
