73Great apartment’s, brand new, great Structure, not just a boring hotel apartment’s that it use to be (Mercure)
Great location right in the middle of king cross, nice rooms, well upkept.staff was friendly, free drink on check in
Hotel staff is very friendly, but hotel rooms are old and they dont have sport favilities: no swimming pool and gym is 40 sq m.in hotel room.
Emily at the front desk went above and beyond. After realising I had foolishly left a sentimental belonging in the room, she basically turned the hotel upside down looking for it and when she found it, got it in the mail and back to me ASAP. She was so lovely, kind and understanding and I'm extremely grateful for her efforts and fantastic customer service. Thank-you Emily!
Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was very good especially the ability to make fresh squeezed juices there.
Pleasant enough if slightly out of date hotel in a great location for exploring Sydney. The harbour view rooms are the highlight.
Stayed almost 3 weeks for work. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and serviced daily. Breakfast great with eggs cooked to order.
Excellent location. I had a semi OK view of bridge. Room furnishings was a little dated, could use a renovation. Bar and restaurant downstairs was great.
Decent venue tonhost any professional events. Be aware of the tables aren't always suitable for working, and there are limited powerpoints. I have been here several times over the year. The food quality is getting better. Although there were still some dirty cutlery cups. Some cups still have chips on them.
The location is very convenient to Kings Cross Station. I've only been here one night so far, but am pleased with my stay. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My room is on the second floor facing the street, so it is a bit noisy but acceptable. The room is clean and the beds comfortable.
Super friendly staff and very welcoming staff at the hotel. Hotel is located not too far away from Kings Cross station. Rooms are decent sized and if you get a nice room you can definitely see the harbour bridge and Opera house. Rooms however are slightly outdated but are clean.
Wasnt staying just meeting for a tour out in front but the staff were very nice and the lobby was nice and clean.
After having a flight cancelled due to storms Qantas forked the bill for this place. It's a situation that happens but never ideal. Walking in I was greatest by smiles and the staff were great! They really eased the situation and made the stay comfortable. Well done.
