Hilton Sydney reviews
59Attended a function here. Food was above average standard for this type of function. Staff were friendly and attentive to the group as a whole without being exceptional. Parking was on-site which is welcome during the high level of road works in the CBD.
Terrible hotel, all the women tried to eat my legs, limbs, arms and every toe on my delicate human body, they did the same to my great friend gus! Highly dissapointed, if you need me call 666
Love the location.i have always enjoyed the rooms here. The only thing i hate is the fridge.there is no chilling space in the fridge.i would give it a 5star if only they change the type of fridge!
It was a busy night for them at the glass brasserie wine bar so their customer service was not as excellent as usual as we had to asked them to wipe the table twice from a different waiter.
A very nice hotel with a large, open lobby. There is plenty of seating available in the lobby, as well as a cafe. It feels very welcoming and not at all intimidating.
Had a lovely time today at The Australian Women's Weekly High Tea. The Hilton is such a beautiful Hotel and was the perfect venue. The staff cannot do enough for you.
The conference halls are nice and big. The internet was bad, given the nature of the conference is mostly internet related. The toilets were pretty untidy too.
We are a Diamond member, we didnt get an upgrade nor we did a late check out at 4. Hotel was nice but as a Diamond member we didnt get to use the benefits. So disappointing, what is the point being a Diamond member then?
Room is not that big, but comfortable with great city view. Gym is awesome with so many different equipments that can cover all your muscle needs.
However, you need to become member to use free WiFi, otherwise 15 dollar a day which is a lot.
Lastly, great location in the city centre.
One of the nicest business Hiltons I have been at in awhile. The basement workout facility is similar to a private club and very well may be. The 36th floor Exec Lounge was manned by a stellar gal named Taylor who I can't compliment enough for her customer service aspect. Great business location literally in the middle of everything Sydney. Would definitely stay here again if I found my way back.
The Glass Brasserie is great for after work drinks and business lunches. Changing service personnel is a sign of the times unlike the continuity of earlier years in great hotels. Still top experience.
I was at the Hilton for a function for a short period of time however in that time I had vallet park my car and bring it back quite quickly I also had lunch in the foyer the staff at the cafe bar were extremely helpful and very lovely the service was very quick aswell!
Amazing service. Went there to have a massage and dinner. Both were exceptionally satisfying. Friendly staffs and prices were not too steep for this kind of service.
What a great hotel at position in the city just outside the QVB it's one of the best spots to be easy for shopping easy for walking around easy getting around Sydney I got in this morning at 3 a.m. Got to my room went to sleep service and room is crisp and clean.
On Saturday they had breakfast from 6 all the way to 12: 30 brilliant
As a diamond member, I must have experienced the Pinnacle of hotel service of all my travelling. Agent on the phone as well as at the counter was very accommodating in getting my complimentary upgrade.
Have only come here for conferences, a nice venue however the floor plans can get confusing and the catering menu during the events need some work. Like you don't make a huge batch of Nescafe blend 43 instant coffee and put in an urn guys
Smack-bang in the City Centre but all the amenities and luxuries of a 5-star hotel at your finger tips. Walk out the door and you are right in front of the iconic Queen Victoria Building, which is right beside the Sydney Town Hall. Most everything is walking distance.
Went to the Glass Brassiere Restaurant and stayed the night. Room was great and got a view of the QVB. It was also interesting to see the light rail works from that height, gives you a good appreciation of the impact it has had on the city.
Stayed there a couple of times. There’s nothing major to complain about despite they made a mistake during early check in. Yet the rooms are rather small and standard, and business oriented.
The Glass Brasserie is nice, make sure you dine there and try their large range of wine and creative menu.
One brownie point for giving us complimentary champagne and macaroons for our special occasion.
