Waited 2 hours for check in, no room service, no in house movies, no mini bar, reception wouldn’t answer phone

Great experience with Hilton Sydney.
Everything from our check in with Samuel to our finite service in the executive lounge with Cynthia was top shelf. Our accommodations were spotless and the food and beverage was spot on. This has been my best Hilton experience. Keep doing what your doing as you do it well. I look fwd to my next visit with you.

Great hotel. Staff made me feel very welcome at check-in even though just staying 1 night. Spoke to concierge service about obtaining the special rate for self parking on site in the underground car park. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Definitely worthy of the Hilton branding.

Booked weekend away in a suite for our anniversary. Service was great in the hotel itself.
Went to Marble Bar for a few drinks on Saturday evening. One of our friends had a reaction to her cocktail and wasn’t well. Our treatment from the security staff as result was beyond unreasonable. We were removed from the venue in the most disrespectful manner. Not happy with our experience at all.

Did my 14 day quarantine at the Hilton Sydney. The room was spacious and clean, the meals were a bit hit and miss but overall it was fine for quarantine standards. The staff were super helpful and it was a hassle free quarantine. Would happily quarantine at the Hilton again!

Was advised could get parking, however upon arriving there was no parking available at all, so spent 1.5 hours trying to find a Carpark. Ended up paying extra money for parking and missed the meeting we had planned. Line to check in was out the door. Definitely not a 5 star experience.

On quarantine so not the best stay. But a lovely north room with a bit of a view. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hope to stay again under better circumstances.

Im currently staying here. The food is consistently between bad and average. They fill out the meals with bread. Aside from that that the service is good, though overall overpriced considering.

This is quarantine accomdation and food frindly caring staff great care from the medical team, top security from aitport with police and military take our luggage right into the room. I thank God that we are doing quarantine here in the Hilton 488 George st.

Never been locked in my room so long in my life, but what a room the desk staff even instructed us on how to conect the PS4 so my son can play games.
Only one issues i be fatter when i leave the food is so so good and so so much.
A big thank you from Axel and Philip to all the staff we will enjoy the next 10 days stuck in our room?

Was here during my quarantine. Meals were good. Some days good, some days excellent. Always balanced meal: grains, fruit's, vegetables, a little sugar. Ac is a little heavy in sound. Also, the lift make some background noise.

Room was not cleaned proby well I stayed in quarantine WiFi and TV single was terrible food was 50/50 somedays I wish I had lost my tasted

Stayed here for hotel quarantine. The food was mostly good and they give plenty of food. Lots of variety. But the room was a bit small. The WiFi was slow. They charge exorbitant prices for laundry. I ended up hand washing my clothes. Don't make any phone calls using the room phone. They charge like 10 dollars a minute for local calls. Also the bed wasn't completely flat so it was hard to sleep on. But the bathroom was great.there is no Foxtel. The view outside my window was great too.

Checked out the loft rooftop bar with 4 other friends and enjoyed the atmosphere. Many other bars were full because of the sitting requirements but they still had room for the 5 of us because it's quite spacious. So it's a good option in the area while the restrictions are still in place. Also of particular note was the bouncer at the entrance who had a refreshingly great additude and humor which was really appreciated. So it was a good choice overall for a few chill drinks and hope visit again soon.

We definitely enjoyed our stay there, and the fact that it was in the middle of everything in the CBD. The pool was hard to find and get to, but everyone who worked there was amazingly kind and treated us so well.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly. Breafast is a bit busy. Good selection of food. Lap pool is on the basement, would be perfect if there was a "leisure" pool as well. Place is close to everytging.overall a good experience staying on this hotel.

The staffs in the concierge looked exhausted and they are smileless. And the staff at the reception of the glass brasserie forgot us on the waiting list so we waited for 40 min at the bar.

So bad - don’t bother with the twin rooms if you are regular side - single beds - Hilton Brand should be rated as a motel - manager was beyond backward - arrogant as hell - so bad I definitely will not recommend or book here again

The executive lounge is the best thing about the hotel as they provide nice views to the city below and provide food of good quality. The rooms are good but could be bigger and have more sleeping space.

Visited Hilton Sydney many times for professional events. Very convenient heart of the city location. Plenty of space inside, various rooms with good equipment for presentations and good sound. Great catering and professional approach to guests. Spacious bar downstairs.
