Bought property and subsequently rented it out with Hill and Viteri. Cannot recommend them enough. Leigh is excellent and an asset to the business.

They made excellent suggestions to get us the best price possible, and watching the team work together on auction night was like watching a well oiled machine. They are clearly passionate about what they do - highly recommend!

From our first meeting with Sebastian we felt that the sale of our property was in good hands.
We had complete confidence that the sale of the home would go smoothly and we were not disappointed. We were extremely happy with the way the marketing was carried out and the communication with Sebastian, Chris and other members of the team was exceptional!

We cannot recommend Derin and the whole Hill & Viteri team enough. We first worked with Derin as the selling agent for the purchase of our first home. We were new to the experience and the process, but Derin took the time to put us at ease, something he didn't have to do, but was truly appreciated.

So when we decided to lease out the unit, there was no doubt in our minds who we wanted to work with, and the Hill & Viteri team never let us down. They truly were the managing agent we always wished we had when we were renters, looking after both us and our tenants.

I recently purchased through Hill & Viteri and in hindsight, could not have been more relieved to be dealing with Chris Fellas. I'm watching friends go through the buying process now and therefore acutely acknowledge the honesty, ethics and calm manner that Chris displayed for me at all times.

We have been looking for a place for over 4months now, having sold our townhouse in Miranda, and inspected over a 100houses! This was including a few auctions with S&V, which we had lost out on.

Super professional, efficient and friendly (I deal with Leigh and Brittany), they handle each and every issue and request so quickly and efficiently, communicate with us openly about everything. On visiting the office there is clearly a very good company ethic.
