I haven't bought or rented through this agency, but feel like I have to write a review after my wonderful experience chatting with the team.

I was calling to ask about some rental properties and explained my personal situation.

Lisa went above and beyond to offer help and advice, and was so friendly.

While they don't have anything that matches my exact needs just now, I will definitely keep my eyes peeled on their site regularly.

I have had an association with Megan Stevens, now from Hill & Viteri Real Estate for over 20 year
Firstly as my rental agent in Sutherland, then Megan helped me purchase my home in Yarrawarrah, then with an investment property for my son in Miranda and as my selling agent for my recently sold home in Yarrawarra (The one I purchased with the help of Megan over 18 years ago)

I recently read a 1 star review on Megan's level of service when selling my home
I found it to be a little entitled and incorrect from my point of view
Hill & Viteri are currently renting my sons unit, no issues, good communications and very professions

In my quest of finding a property to buy, I went through 8 months of inspecting, attending auctions, dealing with numerous agents in the Shire only to be misled, gazumped and missout.
Here comes a property in Woolooware, Hill & Viteri listing, who do I call, but the most professional, respectful and honest agent around. Megan Stevens arranged the inspection for the very next day (vendors still living there). I fell in love with the property at first site. And Megan, started negotiating with the vendors. No playing games, no days before you hear from her, just simple perfection in negotiating to and fro. Quick, honest and to the point.
Thursday seeing the add, Megan showed it to me noon on Friday, some serious negotiation on Megan's part and first thing Saturday morning I'm in Hill & Viteri 's office paying my deposit!
What can I say? It took dozens of local agents months, enormous stress and heartache for me and anger at being treated like I was.
Here comes Megan and blows away all those "young guns". She, showed, sold the property and collected full deposit, just short of 24 hours.
She made one 70 year purchaser very, very happy indeed.
Every agency should have at least one Megan in their office, to show them how it is done!

We recently purchased our first home from Sebastian from Hill & Viteri and could not recommend this agency enough. Throughout the entire process Sebastian kept us informed, provided guidance and was always readily available to chat to. Sebastian was dedicated and made us feel comfortable which resulted in us purchasing our home before auction, making our experience that much greater. The knowledge and communication from Sebastian shined and it is evident why they are one of the best and most reliable local agencies.

AVOID THIS AGENCY ESPECIALLY MEGAN!

Imagine spending years planning and saving for your first home only to be dealt with an agent who makes you feel like a burden for any interaction that you have in trying to secure a purchase on a home represented by them. That’s exactly what I experienced with Megan in purchasing our first home through her, when liaising to make an offer to the owner after viewing the home at an open inspection, I was then told the owner was uncontactable till Monday. Interesting to be told the owner is looking to sell asap but goes completely MIA the weekend of their open? After calling their bluff and stating the offer stands for 24 hours or will be withdrawn we were then miraculously accepted with our offer.

We had intention to rent out the house for a year before we moved in, as we approached settlement we were then met with Megan bullying us to use her as the rental agent, when we explained that we were using a different agency, she then threatened us and said she wanted to cease communication and only talk via lawyers until settlement was completed. So unprofessional and honestly just unimaginable behaviour AS AN AGENT. We then had to explain that that’s not an option as we needed to talk to her as she’s the agent representing THE OWNER who we are purchasing the property off and she needs to be the middle man to liaise with the owners for times on having the pool certified. SHE DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT. Megan cares about her commission only and not doing her job and she will make it hard for you if you have a contract drawn up for things she needs to orangish and liaise with the owner before settlement.
I have summarised this experienced but there was a lot of bully tactics and just completely unprofessional and unnecessary behaviour. I have never seen anything like it.

We did our final inspection, Megan didn’t come. We were given the keys and that was it. No gift or congratulations. It was a horrible experience for something that is such a pivotal moment that you work so hard towards and dream of your whole life, she ruined it and robbed us of that experience. I do not recommend Megan and would avoid her at any cost.

Happy to recommend selling with these agents and sold our property in under 2 weeks for the price we are after

I recently purchased a Property Though Sebastian from Hill & Viteri.
Throughout the entire home-buying process Sebastian was incredibly attentive, responsive, and informative.
Sebastian provided guidance, support and above all transparency. He was always available to answer my questions and offer advice, provide further information.
The entire team and Hill & Viteri were friendly, personable, and a genuine, and they took a lot of stress away at Auction Day which is usually is a highly stressful time, especially for a first time home buyer.
Overall, I would highly recommend my Sebastian and Hill & Viteri to anyone in the market for buying or selling a Property.

They ended my non fixed term tenancy after 2.5 years shortly after increasing the rent. Reason was the landlord's son would be moving in.
A week after we'd vacated, the property was readvertised for lease at an even higher rental price.
Unconscionable, untrustworthy, and unprofessional.
