I have had nothing but a positive experience in services from H&V - in using both their Property Management Team for many years, and recently their Sales Team to sell my unit in Sutherland.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: I had H&V manage the renting of my unit for the past 8 years. Over this long time I was very happy with their service. They were always on top of things, and actively managed all aspects of renting out the property - I could relax in knowing management was in their hands. I mainly had just a single contact who was across all that was going on with the rental and able to provide a personalised service. In recent years this has been Leigh, and with him Brittany. Both have been excellent communicators (friendly and easy to get in touch with) and good problem solvers - just what you want in Property Management. I highly recommend their PM services.

SALES: I sold my unit through the agency in August 2022. The lead sales agent for the property was Derin Hill. I had a good experience selling through Derin and the broader H&V Team. Derin is a very experienced sales agent, and has refined the craft of selling property. He had a friendly and relaxed communication style, though was also very thorough in leaving no stone unturned in finding me a suitable buyer. He kept me up to date with the sales process, and his dealing with all prospective buyers. Derin provided me with realistic sales advice in these challenging market times, and gently lead me to a sales outcome I was happy with. Derin was very fair and honest throughout the whole process. Selling through H&V is a safe choice.

Sebastian was a pleasure to work with when buying our first home. His professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. Always being generous with time and guiding me my fiancée through the buying process. Will be working with in the future.
