53Wouldn't know, walked around the Store for 15 minutes and was completely ignored, so I left and purchased elsewhere
Plenty of stock. Usually but in our case, the item we were after was out of stock last time but this is unusual
Had a hardware failure on my HHD recorder. Had taken extended warranty. Staff (David & Luke) were fantastic. Left with a new recorder. No dramas just extremely helpful & pleasant staff. Thanks.
Staff can be a little inattentive. Tend to try and up sell on everything. My opinion, they tend to take advantage of some people
This harvey norman store in taree is really quick to help you which i love they seem to have alot of knowledge on their products and great at up selling! Will definitely be returning!
Very helpful they didnt have what i wanted but got it in within 48hrs from another store. Service very good
Extremely poor service. I had to ask for help, then back turned on me once my question was answered. One male staff member walked passed me twice and never asked if I needed help. Not once did I get spoken to after my first question and so I left. Won’t go there again.
When here found some not all the staff were arrogant. Asked for a price told same as ticket and turn back to me was going to buy top of the line refrigerator. Not first time this happen and online store tacks forever to deliver
Staff members like Josh is the reason i keep going back to Harvey Norman Taree, he cant do enough for you, is always polite and extremely helpfull. Well done mate. My Mum and Dad say the same thing about him.

Bought a faulty computer, politely asked for an upgrade after taking it back to be repaired two times. I'll happily update my review after the issue is resolved.
Wanted to purchase a Miele dishwasher.staff were unable to use the Miele Portal after 45 minutes of trying. Another time went to buy a Russell Hobbs kettle and toaster set.the salesman couldnt find the stock. These, and other purchases were subsequently made elsewhere.
Salesperson Geoff gave us excellent service very knowledgeable on products etc polite pleasure to do business with.
