Great store to visit, variety of electrical goods, we found what we were looking for with the help of staff.

The staff are a highlight, ive had to go here maybe 10 times because of a certain device (acer nitro 5, its andand do not recommend), but the staff are amazing

Dropped in computer for health check and ordered an electrical appliance whilst their, they phoned next day advising me that all was ready to go. Excellent service.

Had to wait nearly 5 minutes looking for a laptop, while 3 salesmen were over the other side of the store laughing. Unfortunately, this isn't an uncommon thing. The store has stock, just the service is not so great.

Harvey Norman Taree are fantastic. I purchased a fridge it fitted but hard to open because of the side opening handle I went back to them. They went out of their way to help me Even offered me a full refund wasn’t a problem they took the time to help me going through different fridges finally found one it pays to shop locally. Went in to buy a laptop. Salesman wasn't that interested yes / no answers without elaboration. Not the best experience but the best price in Taree on the day. While we were there we made enquiries about a kenwood mixer we wanted a large one. Sales woman was more than helpful looking up specifications and prices. We needed to order to go ahead with purchase thats were the service ends the woman told us should we call later in the day or tomorrow DID NOT HAPPEN We are now four days later. So we looked on line and got a great deal on exact same item delivered today. Thank you Harvey Norman staff for not going the mile.

Will not shop here again. Ordered a floor stock fridge and it was delivered damaged. The delivery man pointed out the damage. Harvey Norman had called the day before but did not leave a message and went ahead and delivered the damaged fridge anyway. Our old fridge was removed. When we contacted HN they told us we could keep the damaged fridge but it had to stay in new condition until they could replace it in a few months. We asked to have our old fridge returned. It was then not working and shorted out the fuse so we had a lot of damaged food over the weekend. When I went to get my refund the manager was extremely rude and tried to make out it was our fault because we didn’t answer the phone the previous day when we were both at work. They were very capable of leaving a message when we left a complaint on their website so why not leave a message to say the fridge is damaged. Luckily Bing Lee came to the rescue and delivered the exact same fridge but brand new on Monday and didn’t charge for delivery or pick up of our old fridge. The manager was very comfortable standing over me and placing blame on us and their warehouse staff.

This was the only shop in Taree & Forster to have electric blankets. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Manger and stuff is freindly but i still be warly of what you buy there as it was twice i brought something there and twice i had got a faulty product and then had to deal with warranty

There are two sections to Harvey Norman taree. One all electrical like TVs. Washing machines kettles and do on. The other is all furniture. Lounges and beds etc for a house. The staff are pleasant and want to help you. There is a full range of electrical eith TVs in all sizes.

We were in electrical Jess was an enormous help we explained that we would have to order through newcastle as moving to anna bay anything we enquired about jess wrote not only products but pricing and item number we did buy a vacum cleaner but wished we could have ordered through Jess she is an asset to your store

Went into the electrical and furnishing sections. Looked after by two ladies and they were interested in what i was looking for and very helpful. Cannot fault the service received.

We bought a new washing machine today. A number of years ago we had a poor experience 3 times in a row with staff and stopped going to Harvey Norman. We tried again in the hope that things have improved with customer service and are happy to say they have. Luke was very attentive, knew his products and was very friendly. We will come again.
