What a great store. They sell everything except for DVI computer monitor cables. And the staff all seem to be busy talking to telephones. I had to leave without getting any sevice. As I can mail order what I need at home, using the internet.

Rebekka and Luke are extremely helpful, every time we visit our questions are answered and we walk out happy. Thank you!

Staff was very understanding to our needs in and out of there in20 minutes with exactly what we wanted just waiting for delivery

Ordered an GoPro and it was picked up on Monday by Fastways and have been told delivery will be Friday that 4.5 days for delivery comming by camel so ways courier

The salesman named Guy is spot on. I Reckon Taree dtore is surviving because of Guy. He is a legend and the only reason as to why i buy from there. Because of him that store would have atleast earned 6-7K of me.

They sourced a notebook from Forster store on the final sale day, could not do enough to help, only one left.

Had made few purchases here, so far ive had pleasant experiences, where friendly staffs here were helpful and every product bought worked as described.

A well laid out HN but grossly understaffed. We walked out with no sale. I doubt it is always like this, just unfortunate on the day.

Horrible horrible store. My Mum and I bought a laptop from them, which they just kept hassling us to give them even more money with getting an “anti virus” program. The program has made the whole laptop messed up, not happy. Manager is very up him self too, and rude. DO NOT recommend.

Very confusing store layout with separate entrances for the furniture and electronics section, with no connecting door. As always, HN is super expensive so you can almost always find an item cheaper.
The store generally doesn't hold much stock and rarely has the item I'm looking for, meaning I have to order online and pay for delivery.

Staff are generally OK, though not particularly friendly.
