I had a issue with a cooktop recently and they sorted it out immediately.terrific service.special thanks to Maree.

Asked for help to purchase an oven of a set size left contact details still waiting a week later. After buying a large amount of items from this store I expected better. Winnings got back to me two hours later and managed to help me so thanks for nothing Harvey

Terrible. Preordered an item waiting for 3 months and when it finally released it will take over a week to deliver an item via express. Pay extra and still wait so long. Went to JB HI FI who were able to assist me and delivered the item the next day.

A very friendly and welcoming supermarket. Does not always have a great range of brands to choose from. Offers localally sourced milk and eggs.

Unfortunately they do not order articles in if it is not in their system or even try to. Service was not the best had to wait quite awhile just to find this out.

Spent a lot of money here in the past though after the underserved treatment and belittlement received from the owner Tony last year towards my partner and I, i'd rather support stores in Newcastle then spend another cent at her store.

Great service but definitely needs some work. Very old looking, dilapidated store with cramped aisles with lots of stock, some looked old. However, got a great price on a new dishwasher & super quick delivery.

Every time I visit my local store I walk out feeling frustrated & always going somewhere else, never again! Went to Bing Lee on Saturday got a Fridge, vacuum cleaner & rice cooker that's what they missed out on!

I received wonderful service from Zac in the computer department. I was wanting to purchase an item and needed it to do something a bit unusual. Zac took my name and number, carried out some research in his own time and found the solution. Such a polite and helpful salesperson. A huge asset to the store.

Won't be returning. Received bad service multiple times. Special mentions to the Staff member who belittled me in front of another Staff member.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The only down side to this store is it is a smaller store and due to this doesn't offer a wider variety of products.

Was pleasant surprised with this store. They have a self serve photo kiosk for you to use. Just need to pay for photos at the counter. Good basic selection of appliances. Didn't get a look at computer gear. Staff were friendly enough without following you around.

Always friendly knowledgeable staff. No different this time and the hip pocket ok as well after two good deals. Delivered next day right on time by two gems!

Been dealing with Harvey Norman since they came to Port Stephens. Always friendly staff and competitive pricing.
They are always my first and last consideration when I need yo purchase what they sell. I am a very happy customer. Staff are the best.

Pretty disappointing on their range of digital cameras but other things were really reasonably priced. There's only electricals here which is fine, but people should just be aware, and the entrance is not really well labeled, it's shared with a gym of some kind and looks like you're going into a shed. Other than that it's fine.

Good experience. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prices quite competitive with online shops. Staff prepared to negotiate a little on prices.

Lady was busy but she got assistance for me. Found new staffer helpful with all details on specs & warranty's but wouldn't recommend to me which fridge to buy. I could tell she was new to the job.all ok.
