The employee at HN Port Stephens was quite unhelpful and came across very rude. Her name started with J.

Todd from the Maitland store has been very helpful and sorted out a throw from another store instead because he too found her rude and arrogant (my words not his).

I think her manager needs to ensure the lady with the name starting with a J has a 'Merry Christmas' (sarcasm). It's not hard to be kind and helpful to a friendly and understanding customer. She was happy to repeat herself over and over trying to assert herself and her apparent 'position'.

Purchased a Soundbar. Were given the wrong power cord (can't sit Soundbar flat), AAA batteries for remote when it needed AA. As we have a 2 hour round trip to collect correct power cord, kind of wishing the salespeople were a little more careful.

The team at Harvey Norman at Taylors Beach have impressed me. They have a good depth of knowledge about the products they are selling and cannot do enough for their customers. I have recently bought a Television and Laptop and the guidance from the staff ensured they were good buys. The tech team set up my laptop which was wonderful. I had a problem today connecting to my email account which was a service provider problem so decided to go into see the tech team. They didn't let me down. Fixed the problem.

Steve and the crew are the best prices and warranty are unreal and they always backup the extra warranty plan. Reassuring to know from very regular customer.

Yes! Had a photo printing experience. Excellent help from the first girl we met to up load photo and then print copies and Steve finish the sale thanks so much.

Great customer service from Adam today! He explained the difference between two printers, told us how to claim the cash back the printer company is offering and which is the most economical ink to purchase. Very happy to have a knowledgeable, friendly staff member, Thanks Adam!

Staff in tech department were fantastic. I was able to find a great deal and got almost everythign I needed. The suggestions for alternate products were spot on.

Spoke with two very helpful and knowledgeable team members about a product for a client. Client was extremely happy with their purchase. The service provided was fabulous.

TO MANAGEMENT: Assistant 2613/5 Zac needs a customer service attitude adjustment. I went in today to return or exchange a small $28.00 computer item and got nothing but attitude from this person about my reason for bringing the item back (I was not happy with it). No helpful language AT ALL. Quite the opposite. I chose to get a refund and get out. Our search for a $500 kitchen appliance will NOT be in this store - nor ever again. APPALLING experience.

5star rating is particularly aimed at Jason in white goods. I needed to purchase a washer and dryer however was unable to come in store to do so. I explained over the phone my requirements to Jason and he was onto it like a pro, his exceptional customer service, product knowledge etc was amazing.

Always very helpful.the staff have gone out of their way to help me on several occasions.
They are caring and compassionate people who have taken the time to hear me out.

Arrived at the store and was told we couldnt come in due to COVID restrictions, and only 3 instore staff and 1 warehouse staff were working. Maree was very helpful, we needed a wall oven after the one we had, had blown up. We did a bit of research on the internet and worked out a suitable model. She contacted Dave in the warehouse who came down with the oven we wanted, helped us load it into the car and took our old one away as well, all up it took about 20 mins. Not the biggest Harvey Norman, but the service is second to none! Thanks guys

This Harvey Norman store sells only electrical goods, from fridges to big screen tv and electronic devices. Most electrical goods can be found in this store. When the new super store opens next year it will also have furniture and bedroom products for sale.

Not the biggest brightest Harvey Norman shop I’ve been to, but very friendly helpful staff helped us to get exactly what we needed very quickly.
