Purchased coffee machine from store and received a $100.00 gift certificate, I purchased a pizza oven from the same store a week later and changed my mind and opted to buy a better oven less than 12 hours later had not taken delivery of the first oven and asked for the credit certificate to be applied to new oven, after 5 phone calls and 2 visits to the store I was told on every phone call and 2 visits that the certificate was issued, I have no certificate nor did I proceed with the purchase went elsewhere better service and no problems

Highly reccomend -
Needed assitance to set up my entire apartment, Alison and Jason were great. Tech provided great service and bedding was informative. Delivery was prompt and efficient, the lads (Esteban and Michael) were super helpful and ontime for a weekend delivery.

Andrew from the bedding department, when over and beyond to organise same day delivery when the normal policy is next day, it really got us out of a bind- amazing customer service.

Incredibly and unfathomably poor service. After spending thousands in the store I had my main item delivered damaged and unable to be assembled, the other item never arrived. The first item has been sitting partially assembled taking up our living space for over two weeks now with no end in sight for a resolution. The second item we had to hire a car at our own expense to pick up from the store when it was failed to be delivered. Across both issues I have had to call/email the store almost 20 times to try get the problems sorted. The emails are mismanaged, the timeframes are not met, the promises are not fulfilled, the sense of urgency or care factor is just straight out non existent. I’m at the point where I might just throw the $2000 table away and buy from somewhere else to not have to deal with the incompetence and lack of any customer care from this place. Do NOT shop here and if you do, pray that you don’t have to seek assistance for anything after the point that they have your money.

Larry in the TV section was so helpful. I needed to return an item that was not suitable. He spent lots of time trying to give me a full refund. While I was waiting for him, I saw him talking to other customers in the most friendly, professional and helpful way. If you buy any TV related products in the Moore park branch, Larry is the one to get help from!

Came in and was served by Bella! The nicest and most efficient worker in the store! Helped me purchase a wonderful kettle and coffee machine which made my family’s day! Such a serendipitous experience! Keep the great work up Bella!

The staff are very helpful, polite and have a wealth of knowledge. They go above and beyond to help you and make your experience east, especially the kitchen n tv/audio departments.

This is a great store, excellent selection and a great team of service experts. We were guided through the bed designs and options and what would be the very best mattress options. No sales pressure just clear and precise factual options and the best sale prices given. We were left to think and make our decision. A very relaxing way to shop and so nice to be able to go in and get friendly service and try the products and see them rather than pictures online. Shop, in person really is the way to go so you know what your getting and what to expect.
I want to make spec mention to a wonderful lady by the name of Basha? She was absolutely a superstar and a sales ambassador for Harvey Norman. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to ensure we would leave a happy satisfied customers. Now that is something you don’t get when shopping online. The added bonus is personal interaction and friendly communication along with good new year salutations. Now that only comes when you shop in store. Thank you so much!

Returned an electrical product for a refund and was greeted by a bunch of super friendly young workers. Had the courtesy to listen to my issue and offer advice as well as assist with the ultimate refund. Will definitely come back to this Harvey Norman as the experience was superb. Great to see a local employer give young people a chance. Keep it up.

So I went to buy several items from Harvey Norman, Moore park in December 2022. When I walked into the electronic section on level 2 I noticed at least 1staff members floating around. I had an inquiry relating to an item and a credit question. I approached at least 15 staff member's to ask a simple question. The answers I got from staff not knowing to a staff member telling me -
" what are looking at me" I eventually had a staff member approach me that could help. I'm not impressed with the lack of customer services and the lack of staff helpfulness.

I bought bed room furniture from Moore park. Disappointed with the quality. Hepburn suite. The sales people are helpful though. Still not happy needs replacing and more time off work. No more furniture for me from overseas. Just a waste of money and poorly finished too Bad joke! Buy Australian please. It’s worth it

Worst customer service. No one knows anything about anything. Instead of providing a solution or offering to find out information the staff I’ve spoken to on different occasions just say “I don’t know sorry”. Well thanks for nothing! Seriously horrible experiences. Not to mention numerous occasions where they’ve misplaced my purchased click and collect items.

Received the scheduled delivery message at 5.17 pm one day before the delivery date, and called them at 5.29 pm to reschedule as the time they proposed was too early. Answered my call but cut me off and said they close already.

It is just so bad management just gives customers 13 mins notice prior to they close.

Now I have to pay the reschedule fee, as I wouldn't be able to collect the key until 9am.

I can’t share enough how happy I am living next to this Harvey norman, the employees are honestly like family, it’s actually brings me joy coming to you guys in Moore park, the service is incredible, never shy to ask questions and they are always more then happy to help and go above and beyond with everything, thank you Harvey Norman!

Ordered a cot, drawers/change table in Feb for an April delivery. It arrived last week. In August! It took 6 months for my Maxwell cot, drawers and change table to arrive. I had to buy a temporary cot in the mean time. Now it’s arrived my son is too old for the change table. There was no communication that this was going to be delayed until I reached out. I wish I cancelled however I had a special mattresses made to order for the Maxwell cot that I can’t return. Such a disappointing experience at what should have been an exciting time in my sons life.

Waited 10 minutes for cashier to arrive, 12.12pm, left and bought the same product at JB Hifi. Avoid this shop, they are highly disorganised.
