47Harvey Norman Coffs Harbour have possibly the worst after sales service I've ever experienced. Prompt and efficient when accepting my money, but you don't exist once your purchase is out the door. If there were a less than one star option I would've used it. Pathetic.
Photo shop had difficulty matching the grey in a photo. After 3 attempts (the staff were very apologetic) I went across the car park to another place.
I was patiently educated by a staff member on how to scan it myself. Surprise! The grey came out exactly as the photo. Thankfully only 4 shades of grey.
Do not buy from this business!
First they overcharge on the Nortons and Microsoft Works well above the advertised sale price on the website and then refuse to refund the difference and second their store manager Samuel is arrogant, rude and couldn't care less about customers. He tells me I am too old for technology and I should be in a nursing home. I have never been treated so poorly before in my life.
It was easy for me to find the review button, maybe I'm not too old for technology afterall.

I ordered a mattress and Custom low profile base from the Manager Amanda (From the radio adds) directly in store.
A mattress and base were delivered but the base was the wrong height (But correct grey color I selected).
I advised Amanda of this and a new low profile base was delivered but it was black. I never chose black in store I chose grey as previously delivered. This is regardless of what the receipt says because I would NEVER choose black. EVER. I also noticed the mattress was labeled medium when I ordered Plush.
I advised Amanda of both of these issues to which I was told the mattress had been labeled incorrectly and was still plush and that the receipt said Black so too bad.
Over a year later, with a chain of email evidence and threatening to go to fair trading I still have the wrong color base and what feels like a seconds mattress.
I hate the way the black base looks in our room, what a waste of over $2500.
Would never recommend anyone shop here!

Horrible my family and I were here to buy a dryer and we finally picked one out so we went to pick it up at the warehouse next thing we know that the man had sold it to some other lady and when we finally got a dryer the man that was loading it on to the car he didnt strap it down or nothing and my mother had to do it with a sore back.good one harvey norman you have done it again and you just lost a customer.bad service
Seriously! On my last 3 visits to Harvey Norman Coffs Harbour in the past 4 weeks, I have had nothing, BUT the most superior Customer Service. The best thing of all I did not have one of these many staff members attend to me twice. Management! You are clearly doing a great job. Those staff members are Simply The Best
I’ve had appalling service from Harvey Norman in Coffs. After formally complaining it took a week before I was even contacted. They said the manager was busy! They are still questioning my observations of the faults with the computer even though I’ve had external advice. When was it so challenging to return a product you’re not happy with, one that can’t do the job it was purchased for. This store certainly needs training in public relations.
Hello, my partner and I were shopping at your store this morning, and I just wanted to say how happy we are with your customer service. We were greeted by a lady named Tracey, from the minute we walked in she was extremely helpful.
We were just looking for beds, we had an idea of what we wanted but we weren't sure exactly. By the time we finished we had purchased our bed and mattress and were over the moon.
Tracey was not pushy or complacent she was the perfect sales person.
I commend you on your wonderful staff and would definitely be back to buy more. Please could you forward this to Tracey and commend her on her service.

Staff are super helpful. I found the tech department very impressive after I had an issue with a microsoft laptop I purchased from there. The tech team escalated the issue to microsoft on my behalf and Sam was very dedicated to facilitating an agreeable solution for my problem. He truly went above and beyond.
Thank you to harvey norman and particulary to Karen at Harvy Norman Coffs Harbour i contacted her when our new refrigerator did not work. Karen apologised at 9am and had a new one deliered by 11am blew me away

We have purchased many items from this store and have always had a great experience. Brad was knowledgeable and always worked out great prices. Unfortunately he was not available for our recent experience when we were trying to purchase a fridge. Not happy with the salesman, still looking for a fridge.
If I had read the reviews of the tech department before buying here I probably would have gone elsewhere and if I had been lucky enough to encounter PETE in the first place, I would have given five stars so I want to thank him for his kind attitude and patience, he is a real asset to his department and made my day.
Prices were actually very competitive and the sales lady in the freezer department was very helpful not overpushy like I have quite often experienced here
Pushy sales people especially along the extended warranty insurance. Not appreciated! ! That's why they are my last choice unless the item is not available elsewhere.
Great experience! Purchased item over the phone during Black Friday sales and a lovely guy called Wayne went out of his way to help me and even though I told him what I wanted to buy so it was a definite sale he made sure I was getting the best product for my needs at the best price.
Everyone was super friendly when I picked my purchase up also. Would highly recommend!:)
Very Awful customer service. I went to Harvey Norman in Coffs Harbour twice and both times none of the staff members came to help. I called them twice for assistance but they would rather sit on a desk and talk to each other than coming to the customer. Both time I have to leave the store without buying anything as I was not helped with the deals which were going on.
Tracey is an excellent customer service representative, great communication, engaged and related to us in an authentic yet casual manner. Thoroughly enjoyed our shopping and purchase experience with her. Thanks very much.
I am highly disappointed in the service I received, Upon purchasing I was told my insurance covered theft but once my property was stolen I was told by the same employee that it did not cover theft and he did not tell me that, He also kept harassing me into buying a brand new phone on a plan when I had already purchased that phone outright 2 weeks before, Never going to shop at harvey norman again after the service I received.
