Service is a bit how you doin and not really willing to haggle but a decent average range of a products

I've always received friendly and helpful service at Harvey Norman, in both there furniture and IT departments. They also have a satisfying selection of goods.

Really friendly and helpful staff.prices are good.the store is not central armidale and about a 30 minute walk from the center

Great service always with a smile from Michael & crew. Great outdoor fresh and pet friendly. Best coffee & good variety of food for all tastes.

Dear Harvey Norman, Armidale,

I got very bad experience with Harvey Norman, Armidale. I had purchased HP laptop and I report to the Tech Team of Harvey Norman just a day after my purchased due to unusual trikkering sound from the laptop.

After keeping laptop for a day supervision they told me Laptop is working well and no abnormal sound is there. I insist them about the sound but they keep on telling me that "We five staff tested this laptop but no unusual sound comes". In replied I told them that store sound is dominating the sound of laptop, you can clearly hear when use on single peace room. But still they are not hearing my words and keeps telling me to come with proof of that sound.

I had record the sound here and I request to other areas Harvey Norman to evaluate this sound. Please DM for a record.

I highly discourage anyone to go and buy any electronics devices on Harvey Norman. Manager is so rude and doesn't know how to treat customer.

This place sucks the staff are so rude its incredible the Lie's about prices their return's policy is just rubbish. The managed/ owner of computing was a nightmare to deal with. My friend's and i don't buy our electrical goods from hear anymore we go Tamworth where you get good service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales person. Well worth a visit if you are looking for a new computer

This is the kind of place that makes you wish you shopped online. Usually I'm keen to help local business, but this place doesn't care about anyone unless they're currently handing over money.
