Alarm system goes off nearly every day for hours on end after they leave, can’t sleep it’s so loud. It’s been weeks why have you not done anything about it?

Ok. They choose who to approach for help. When I need it i never seem to be offered when I don’t I get approached the inconsistency is off putting. I mostly want to be left alone if I need help I’ll ask for it

Not a bad store, prices are what you'd expect but it always pay to ask for better. Staff are good, efficient and well trained. Shop here with confidence.

Was looking for bluetooth gaming headset for my online course, but what i saw was so expensive that i cannot say if th there was a microphone + bluetooth combo in there.

Service was 5/5 friendly.just suuuuppppper slow. 10 mins to confirm the price match and 30 mins for pickup to return from a personal break.room for improvement.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. I called to purchase a computer monitor. It was not in stock (happens all the time) and I was told that the staff could not help as there was no one senior who could confirm that they could order it in. Seriously! They told me to call back the next day. I did first thing, only to be told the sale was no longer on and had ended the day before. They told me to order it on line but now at the higher price an extra $200. They would not offer any discount to make up for them costing me the chance to purchase the item on sale. Beyond useless. Don't go to this store. I certainly won't be. They don't even deserve one star.

I've had a fabulous experience everytime with harvey norman. Brett has served me, he definitely knows his stuff and will do anything to help you out. I've recently built a house and invested in lots of things from harvey. We've bought a fridge, dryer, dishwasher, air-conditioning and a electric fire place. They are all working fantastic. Overall very satisfied.

Worst customer service Ive experienced so far was completely ignored by every worker made feel like I shouldn't be there then got "oh there just in the middle there" which they where not PATHETIC!

Brilliant experience at this store. Dealt with Brett mainly, he is exceptional at his job. We drove a couple of hours to get there and Brett could not do enough to make our transactions easier so we could be on our way home.we will definitely be buying here again.
