In the process of vacating the property, but it's been a tale of 2 cities.
The response and service we received from Larissa (and the other managers before her) has been nothing short of exceptional. But unfortunately, I can't say the same about Emerald.

Unfortunately, at this stage, I sense that I would have to agree with the bad reviews other tenants are giving, and we already know what's going to happen to our bond money.

Will update if the result is contradictory to the responses we receive thus far.

Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was a top notch professional the whole way through the process of selling my property. He always communicated clearly and managed my expectations. I felt very comfortable and am very appreciative of all the hard work behind the scenes. Jay made it easy for me!

My boyfriend has had an absolutely horrific experience with this real estate company. They leased the property to himself and his flat mate in a complete state of disrepair. Despite all their attempts to amicably resolve this, contact has been basically nonexistent with the company or their real estate agent and the issues are ongoing. Do not hire these guys to look after your property. They quite simply won’t.
