They bullied us out of our apartment, wouldn't fix mould, no TV reception. Took over two years to fixed a broken floor. Never responded to email. Complained every 2 weeks for 2 years and we had to move out because the mold was causing health issues

You’re using photos in your ads that are more than five years old.
In the examples below the property next door is a two storey wall, in reality this is actually now a 7 storey apartment building.

Same for your balcony photos. It’s not a shed out the window. It’s an apartment building.

False advertising to the max.

It’s really not hard to take some photos with your phone so the photos are up to date.

Scam, as I received a message saying I must pay $2989.00 in rent straight away or else, I am not even with Harris Tripp not ever heard of them or live in Sydney so very annoyed with this, how did they ever get my mobile phone number I don't know not very good
