I can’t praise Sharon Skrabanich from Harris Tripp Real Estate Agency enough for the assistance she gave me with the sale of my Summer Hill home. She was brilliant, throughout the whole process of me selling my home and buying another. I would highly recommend her services to anyone about to sell their home.
It was late February of this year (2022), when I phoned Sharon to discuss the proposition of placing my Summer Hill home on the market. After being in a home that I loved, had raised my family, and had lived for over 30 years, the prospect of selling was a tough call for me to make and I still had my doubts.
Sharon was so understanding of my situation and any doubts that I had about following through on selling. She went through every line of the sales agreement with me, so that I clearly understood what I would be signing and then told me to take my time to go through the agreement by myself and come back to her on any further clarification I may need.
Having never been through the selling process before, Sharon was so helpful in guiding me through, recommending an excellent local conveyancing solicitor and organising me with a pet introductory letter that would be necessary for any strata residence I should consider purchasing.
Sharon was clear and precise as to the value of my property and attained for me my expectation, despite a softening market, leaving me overjoyed with the outcome.
Sharon sold my home in 3 days; it was amazing! She is the true essence of what I believe a real estate salesperson’s aim to be, knowing their client’s requirements, both buyers and sellers and introducing the right parties together for a mutually agreeable transaction. This was certainly the case with the sale of my home.
During this short process I also had to look for another home to purchase, there were only two that interested me. Again, Sharon kindly volunteered to assist me in this process and did a walkthrough of both the properties on her own time and provided me with her honest opinion as well as her thoughts on a realistic value of the properties.
When the time came for a preauction bidding situation for the property that I wanted, yet again Sharon was more than willing to come to my rescue and helped me where I lacked confidence, hence securing my winning bid.
My greatest thanks to you Sharon for ensuing me such a seamless process for the sale and purchase of my homes, I couldn’t have wished for a better outcome!

I applied for a property and a day later I got a mail saying that your application has been successful and they asked me to deposit the money and finalise the lease. So, I asked the agent about procedure of the deposit. Then I a minute later, I received a mail from the agent that, "sorry, it was a mistake from my side. " and after some time I was mailed the official rejection/unsuccessful application letter. My question is, to how many people do they send 'successful application' letter that this kind of mistake is possible? And why do I have to know about their 'mistake' as a reply to query (I made the query 5 hours after getting the successful mail) ? To a person like me, who is new to the city and have been looking for properties for rent since coming, it is an unforgivable mistake. If there was a option for minus rating I would have gone for that.

A large agency practice however after 8 years of management of both my personal portfolio and my ex-agency’s rent roll, at times matters had become a little bit sticky however their leading personal have displayed professionalism and adaptability above and beyond to iron out any creases and in moving forward always finding a resolution which is vital because as we know property is never perfect but for customer satisfaction i am truly grateful to be able to ask those challenging questions?
