Great service great product I see some had some problems but I don’t understand how everything went without a hitch with us and very friendly and top job

My family used these guys to install solar panels, I definitely wouldn't believe the good reviews and agree with last guys review. The panels were faulty with many arguments to fix them after months of this the installers they sent out, cracked our roof tiles causing $40,000 worth of internal water damage. I'm now taking them to VCAT for a civil dispute. These guys are rauters and take advantage of consumers I would definitely not recommended them. WATCH OUT NO JOKE

Do watch out for this company will not help you after their panels have been fitted I ask for help was told someone would call me back no one did so call again first was told they would have to charge I only wanted
To know if the panels could be remove to fix the broken tile underneath the panel as we have leaks after the terrible rain in Sydney the tile underneath so they must have broken it when putting the panels up I was only asking for help they do not want to take responsibility I think this is not how to do business

Consistent with other reviews, they promised installation but months later & many phone calls & emails later, not of which were responded to, promises of my deposit being refunded, more phone calls & emails & still nothing.

Do not trust them.

I wouldn’t trust their positive reviews, easy to get people they know to write those.

Poor experience throughout the process following signing/deposit.
While I feel there was significant effort made in securing my business during the sales process, the subsequent installation process was dis-organised, and mis-communicated, and the after sales support was non-existent.
The Sales staff were attentive and agreeable through the initial sales, including a specific agreed panel layout within contract documents.
Following deposit however there was no contact to organise an installation date, I was informed by email of their initial planned date to install the day before, when an injury to one of their installers required my installation be postponed (I was not concerned with the delay, but the manner in which the original installation date was apparently set without consultation as to my availability).
When the installation did occur the panels were not installed in the agreed layout within the offer which was accepted as part of the sales contract.
Further, while relatively minor, the installers left their rubbish on my property.
When I emailed my issues and inquired as to their complaints process i received no response for almost a week, followed by a call from a representative who in pursuing payment was not familiar with my complaints (which had been emailed), requiring me to explain them. When I informed them that this response did not address my complaint, I was informed that the managing director would follow up.
Some days later I received two missed calls (within 2 minutes of each other) and an email from their national manager stating that he had tried to call twice to no answer before explaining that the delay in installation was unavoidable (not my complaint), the rubbish would be discussed with the installer, but that the layout is at the installers discretion, and any arrangements made during the offer may not be honoured (equipment can be installed on my property with no regard for my documented preference, which was outlined as a condition of purchase requiring an update to the offer). I responded to the email explaining my discontent and have not received a response from them since (3 weeks).
The behaviour exhibited through the installation and aftersales service indicates contempt for their customers, and I will not recommend their service based on my experience.

Never use this company. Caused a water leak in my roof due to poor workmanship - damage not repairable. Didn't install Wifi dongle as per contract. Threatened legal action when I questioned them. Once dongle installed (2 months after panels), I could see that only one of two strings of PV cells were working since installation - only 2KW from a 6.5KW system (full north facing tilted panels). 4 months now and still not fixed. Do not use this company - $ hungry with no service.

Very professional interaction, provided lot of structured and reliable information as part of quote. Even though i chose another supplier, i felt they are a very credible installer.
