Added 06/02/2023 Green and Gold have stated that I am not a client of this company. I have a Tax Invoice #131634 dated 29/11/2017. The people that I had dealt with during our issues with Green And Gold were Clive Gaskin, Andy Yang. Madison Benn and the National Manager Greg Vogel.
So Green and Gold you better double check your database.

Don’t waste $15000 on a system which lasts less than 5 years. When you make a complaint they accuse you of being a competitor. They don’t even know who their own customers are. Absolute flogs.

I took time off work (everything was flat out) to be there for a 1PM appointment. At exactly 1PM I got a call moving the consultation to 2PM or another day. I asked why I did not get let known until after the appointed time (I could have lost less time off work). Response: "I am not a robot. I don't know what is going to happen. " I explained that I was really busy and that it was not possible to reschedule. Response: "If you are that busy don't bother getting solar. " So, since this is the style of Green and Gold I think that I can do better elsewhere.

Stay away at all costs!

Pathetic company with zero backup. Forced us to sign on the day for a System for over 10k which we easily found in the market for around 4K!

All dodgy fake reviews, do your research everyone and stay away from these shonky business at all costs!

We got a 6.6KW for our home in ACT. Everything went well and they were great throughout the entire process. Service was spectacular, 10/10 would recommend

Faulty installation that failed to meet Australian standards. A panel in the array never worked and company simply would not come and rectify. When complaint raised (3 times) about faulty installation issues it has been ignored totally. Has cost an additional $5k to get the system to standard. Still no response from company. Do not use them

We are in Goulburn and my son lives in Bathurst. On both of our houses the solar panels were being installed by Green and Gold Solar Australia. For the last 5 years it has cut down a chunk of our electricity bill.

There was an issue with my FRONIUS 5KW INVERTER and 'Joy' from Green and Gold organise the electrician to have a look and replace the inverter within 2 weeks.

Very happy with my solar. If I install solar again I will only install them from Green and Gold Solar Australia as they are the best regarding after sales support.

Recommended by a friend. Went with little hesitation. Got the best rate for 2 storey house. Upgraded to Qcell panels for no extra cost. Installed in a week time. First month itself got credit for $189 from my energy provider. In a good sunny day yielding 40KWh generation. Can't thank enough Mike. Previously paying $410 per month for the electricity usage.

Easy to deal with, budget friendly, install guys were great, no issues. System was up and running quickly, and all paperwork submitted to energy company so we were able to use quickly. Very happy with GREEN AND GOLD TEAM service.
