I have been shopping around for a while for a granny flat at my home in Wahroonga. GF Solutions were the most professional and sleek operation to talk to by FAR

They actually reduced the first tender and second tender and we accepted the third but tell us They cant do the build for the price we agreed on after we paid the initial. Then your told the tender is preliminary

It is currently in the hands of the dept. Fair Trading who insisted i make a formal complaint after I told them what had transpired.after trying to reach a fair resolution.

There are other builders in the town who could offer high quality work with reasonable prices & most importantly better customer service and they don’t see themselves entitled to over charge the customers.

Totally professional and were advised of all costs up front. No surprises, which is great when you build. Quality of workmanship excellent and the finished product was beyond our expectation. From concept, design and build everything went according to plan. The tradesmen were extremely polite and respectful. The support staff in the office were amazing and extremely helpful. When I started this process I met and considered many builders but found Granny Flat Solutions felt right for us. This decision proved to be a great one as GFS made the whole process so easy from start to finish. The worse mistake of our life. We picked to go with GFS clearly base on what they addvertice them self to be. Their process was very clear step by step from your first contact till finished. So September 2017 we sign the contract and was told the process started and should complete the building b4 the end of the year. Lord and behold February 2018 and still no approved Plan and we had paid $8000 or more towards getting the plans approved.all we got is requesting for all different fees that was not mansion in the beginning. I had been taken for a ride for sure.been passed around to different people.now I’m looking for legal action to recover my lost. Very disappointed
