Granny flat solutions built me a great Granny flat on a difficult terraced block. My designer Neil did a great job to make it fit on the block and yet be functional and stylish. My project manager Pierre was great, always one step ahead and in tune through a difficult time with covid temporarily shutting the industry down. I was particularly impressed with how fast things got up and running again when construction resumed. The brick work and painting were exceptional and puts our main dwelling to shame! It’s probably why they have won so many awards. Despite their excellence they were not the most expensive quote I received and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, well done guys

I would highly recommend Granny Flat solutions. They built a granny flat for us and the whole team from the sales person, designer, project manager, office team, trades and owners were fantastic and very professional. The finished product is excellent. They manage the whole process for you with council etc and they let you know of all costs upfront so you are prepared for council fees and other extras. Even with COVID shutting construction down for a couple of weeks they kept us updated and then the trades were back as soon as they could be. If you are thinking of building a granny flat this is the company to use!

Poor value for what it really is working with there team made my job harder to create affordable housing for my kids than ever I was undermined and dealt with nothing but abnoxious rude and unprofessional employees save yourself the drama and take your business elsewhere

I love granny flat you build for our investment property. The process was seamless and was very fast. Guys are very professional, know what they are doing and know all small bits and pieces that make the whole experience fast and problem free. When we asked for small extra bits and variations, they been quick to respond and accommodate to make us happy. When the BMT inspector came for end of project inspection, he pointed out the high quality of built and mentioned that Granny flat Solution and one more company they are the only two developers in Australia he would trust fully because of the quality of the work. Thank you guys! And thank you for the hamper basket at the end of final inspection! That really make us feel special and valued as a customer!

It's been as smooth as any build can possibly be - the few occasions where there were issues, the team listened to our concerns and resolved the issues promptly. We had a lady called Nicolene call regarding our reasoning for why we cancelled our appointment for a quote. If Smart choice granny flats are offering a cladding material for $100k and you offer it for $110k.why would I go with you? I would choose the best option for my budget and by far I can use the $10k for other areas within my granny flat build. Still she hassled asking why? Smart choice have $8k worth of inclusions for free whereas for GFS you have to pay $2900 for upgrades. She then asked why would you contact us if you were looking at five quotes.plain and simple.it's called shopping around.

They built a nice granny flat for us. They always communicate well and responsive throughout the whole process, from designing to construction work and also fixing small issue. The granny flat is up to my expectations. Their high quality of work and accommodating attitude are recommended.

We are now at the completion of the granny flat and we are so pleased to say that the new ‘little mini home’ is wonderful and we are very happy with the final outcome. It has been a pleasure to work with you all on this build right from the onset; our first dealings with Michael and Christian, Wally, Rhys, Rhodlee and the initial team that were so positive and friendly that we saw no choice but to want to work with such lovely people. We have attached his accountability statement in which it was easy to give him perfect scores, as we found him to be highly efficient and attentive to all our questions or concerns. As with any build, there are small hiccups sometimes along the way and I would like to pass on my utmost praise for the professional and swift manner in which Sean resolved these minor issues. We also really appreciated that he was always available to answer our calls and if we were to leave a message, he would return the call within no more than 5-10 minutes. The entire construction process was less daunting because we knew that Sean was on to resolving the issue using his knowledge of the industry and excellent negotiation skills. He is an asset to your company.

We would also like to thank the wonderful office staff whom would always be so positive and friendly when we would call - Sonya, Alessia, Andrea and Lisa. I also have much admiration for Joe who did not hesitate to meet with mum, my sister and myself on a number of occasions to talk through ideas and try to meet our budget with the main house renovation.
