Gosford Regional Gallery reviews
60Small gallery but beautiful art and lovely gardens. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
One of the most beautiful and tranquil places in the Central Coast! A Japanese garden with wildlife walking freely around the area.
It's beautiful gallery, with lits of beautiful artworks. Also there is great Japanese garden in the back. Also don't forget to buy fish food too feeding fish in big pond.
The Gosford Regional Gallery is a wonderful place to attend. The artworks are beautiful and the gift shop displaying and selling the works of local artists is impressive, there is something for everyone. The japanese gardens are a wonderful calming place. The Koi fish are great and I love the way you can buy fish food from the gift shop to feed them.
Highly recommended for the art lover and the gardens are very tranquil.
Loved it, perfect place to spend a couple of hours with kids, they love feeding kois & ducks, beautiful scenery and well maintained amenities, Cafe was great too. ** Free entry**
A beautiful peaceful setting with cafe/restaurant, gallery and immaculate gardens. A treat to go there, food good, service ok.
Amazing beautiful grounds, with fish and ducks to feed in the beautiful Japanese gardens. Then we hit the cafe for some mouth watering food and finished up with a browse through the beautiful art which is always so inspiring!
Always very professional in managing, handling and displaying exhibitions. I have attending quite a number over the years. The latest was last Friday for the Cleverman exhibition.
Great cafe, gallery, gift shop and gardens very relaxing. Staff are all very friendly & helpful.
Probably the nicest place to visit in the area. The garden is always lovely, great fun for kids to see the fish and ducks. The exhibits regularly change and always good to see.
Very nice. Very small. We were surprised it was smaller than we thought, but gardens very beautiful
There is an art gallery which showcases local artists. Again no cost to enter the gallery. Was a lovely place to wander through. The gift shop was closed due to Covid-19 but it looked like it had lots of lovely items in there.
It was lovely. I went to an art exhibition and bought 3 lovely paintings. Cafe with nice food and a small Japanese garden to stroll around. Will go back again.
The food here is delicious and as a bonus the servings are large. After eating it isp wonderful to explore the gardens, see the latest exhibition and browse the shop. I have been here 6 times in two years and I never tire of it.
Great place to visit with beautiful gardens and art exhibitions
We enjoyed lunch at the restaurant
All the meals were generous and delicious
Recommend booking as it gets busy
So beautiful and peaceful place, and I am impressed by lovely local people. But soft drinks are too expensive, so bring your own is very important and necessary
The gallery is great but the restaurant has never had enough staff on the last several occasions we have visited. We walked out the last time as we could see it was going to take way too long to get lunch. Once they gave us a free dessert because it took so long. That was nice but you have to be prepared to wait.
Great place for cultural wonder.stroll through the gardens or look at the the constantly changing Art displays then have a coffee and cake or lunch.
Knowledgeable staff beautiful exhibitions well curated gift and coffee shop included as well as a stunning Japanese garden. A meeting place for creative minds
