Hey ，everybody ，the stuff is extremely rude and not patient，she seems busy ，and no manners ，I will never buy from gongcha anymore，if you wanna see what is bad service just go to this place.the owner said im not customer ，I put my receipt，for your reference.

Extremely fast service. I was in a hurry to get somewhere, but quickly stopped by; it felt like I only waited 20 seconds for my drink to be prepared!

I seldom drink this kind of drink.when i pass this shop i stop and order 2 drinks, i drink it and i feel the testes are amazing.the staff work there are very friendly and polite, they make the drink very professional and fast, not even 2 mins the drink done, i feel they are very skilful.thank you to make me take shorter time to wait for my drink and carry such heavy book in hand, will come back again.thank you

This branch need some re-training. Its way behind compare to george st branch standard. I ordered red bean smoothie, ice is not properly crushed, taste like water and no red bean on top.

Conveniently situated at central station. Service was quick and staff were polite. The Lemon Ai-yu special is a personal favourite apart from the Premium milk tea.

There is this one worker I am really disappointed in, her name is Moon
- she has the biggest attitude
- she got me to pay extra cause she heard my order wrong
- not nice
The drinks were watery, not much topping added into the drinks.
Not really what I expected from Gon Cha

Pearl milk tea with 25% sugar tasted like it had 100%sugar.
Pearls tasted bit sour. The milk had a weird after taste. I will never visit gong cha ever again in my life.

Ordered honey milk tea and they gave me normal milk tea. And the service was the worst lol. How could this gongcha stand so long and not closed down

Poor service! Horrible drink. I recommend the boss should after their staffs to follow the formula for making a good gongcha drink. I ordered with extra ice and ended up with no ice at all. “Sigh”

Fast and fairly polite services going there almost everyday to get my sugar fixed satisfied with the services as a regular customer not expecting a lot from 1-2 staff running in a busy shop things that I learnt in the hustle and bustle of the big city

Tea is way too strong and stains the teeth immediately. Pearls are inconsistently cooked (or not). But their working hours are commendable.

So freaking rude staff. Not even say thankyou or please.

Huge selection of flavours, very tasty, good variety of flavours for different moods, super quick service. I go here almost every day.

The service was quick, polite and swiftly got me one of the best gong chas I've had in sydney. The soy brown sugar milk tea that I ordered along with my girlfriend's mango green milk tea was pleasantly strong and we had little to no fuss with my dietary requirements. Plus its location is very convenient

So I went there tonight and as I arrived there was a group of Asian girls staring at the menu deciding what to order. By the time I make it to the counter, they’re ready to order as well. They were there first so I let them go in front of me. They ordered their two drinks and then as I went to place my order, the server asked me if I was part of their group, and when I said no, proceeded to tell me that the shop was closed even though I was there at the exact time this group of girls were. I’M REALLY UPSET I JUST WANTED GONG CHA.

Drinks are never made perfectly as requested compared to other franchises, messy shop, the man serving me gave me horrible customer service resorted to giving me a mini lecture after I confusingly questioned why he was charging me more than the price stated (including my add on). The pricing didn’t make sense at all and they need to update any changes and let us agree before making the drink, I didn’t have a chance to say no. Anyway, i didn’t want to be lectured rudely anymore so I paid the confusing amount and left but was just so put off with the service that I didn’t want the drink anymore and gave it to my friend lol. Never going here again and I hope people avoid x

Today, I realized why people say here is "terrible". I ordered a caramel milktea but i could not taste any caramel and not sweet at all even I requested to add a half sugar. Taste awful. Obviously the staff has terrible attitude, didn't listen to me during I ordered that's why she gave me wrong milktea at the first time. I will not go there again.

Ordered a milk green tea. Simply awful as it only tastes like milk with no tea. Compared to chatime and other franchise this is poor.

It was very bad taste and so sweet, no tea And mix of dried jujube in there. I couldn't drink it and I wish I could give zero score but the minimum score is 1

Avoid with all cost Rude customer service so bad The chinese girl who served me today looks angry in the face she must hate her job very much no Hellos No Thank You Very Unconsidered towards customer like me eventhough i part paying her wages.
Digusting service i will never buy again and will tell my friends not to go here.
