Had a drink last week, made myself and a friend sick. Ended up with sore throats and coughs.

Out of all the toppings the one that i wanted sold out and i didn't even know until i paid for the boba

i went again the same thing happened to me and the store owner didn't do anything

I think I'm going to sue you for always ruining my diet. I mean how could I miss your perfect pearls I even made a new email since i already left a review before. Do you know how perfect your pearl milk tea is? ! Thankyou so much for your existence

I also want to thank you for your new trainee. I think she's malaysian? She worked today (Saturday, 2 September 2023). She has also served me before. She did her job really well. She's so kind, patient, and friendly. I don't know her name but i hope she read this!

Waited 30 minutes and missed my train because of waiting. I didn't even order something complicated and it is just like any bubble tea store but only with a long wait. I Don't Recommend.

Out of pearls in the middle of the day. Unaware that they were out of their most popular topping until after I’d already paid for my order. Additionally, my drink (brown sugar milk tea which needs to be shaken aggressively before breaking the seal was not sealed appropriately and leaked all over my phone. Appalling experience.

Always stop here on the way to class for a great matcha soy latte, love the occasional specials too!

Drink given to me was not sealed properly and spilled everywhere when I tried to open. Place is understaffed and took a while to get my drink.

The girl that works in the mornings (I think her name tag reads Moon) is really rude. I always get it because the drinks are good, but it is so unsetling her energy feels like she is annoyed by costumers presence. I ordered it with soy milk and she used regular milk. Seeing her mood, it is better not to go back and say nothing. I think she needs to work more on her costumer service skills.

Always get my tea here past 2 years. Waiting 10mins no one come to order bulk order, I can’t just use machine because other people need order too! 1 staff order and making tea take forever, another guy staff just standing washing stuffs and glance at customer like “ I can’t be bothered “. Store also looks messy and not hygiene so what is the point for cleaning and ignoring customer? Disappointed

The drink I got was alright but I think what was interesting was it’s the first bubble tea/gong cha spot that you can order off a screen and also has so many discounts on offer on certain toppings and such.

Great experience! We ordered 200+ milk tea, and the team was very accomodating with fast deliveries and changes in delivery time. Highly recommended for anyone planning to host an event or party. Thanks again!

I regularly get drinks from here and the service is quick, the milk teas have the right amount of creaminess and the pearls are perfect. I've only had one bad drink from here which was a couple of years ago and the drinks have gotten pricier

Very tasty tea, which makes me going back. Very fast service, very nice customer service. But quite small amount of toppings: 3 portions only per regular size when self ordering and 'gong cha standard measurements apply' (it means: not much). Come on - it’s tapioca or jelly - not that expensive…

If you like Gong Cha, this is the best one in Sydney I've found so far. Drinks are and have consistently been of good quality (note that I always ask for half sugar on my orders; bubble tea stores in general are too sweet in my opinion). The fastest serving milk tea place I've bought from in Sydney, let alone among the Gong Chas I've visited.

The worst service I have met. The employees is busy at surfing the internet by phone and ignoring us to order!

I ordered a lychee oolong no sugar but received plain oolong. By the time I tried it on the train, it was too late to return.

Haven't been here or had any gong cha but the weebs at the anime club in USYD speak highly of this place so here's a five star review (also because I feel bad about the troll reviews you guys keep getting).

Understandable with your management when rostering people on the shift. But if a person in the whole store who are unskilled and slow please get another person to assist. It is way too slow every time I came here.
