Honestly one of the best experiences I have had all round. Prices were amazing, Sale prices, Excellent communication and understanding of my needs. If I ever needed anything else I would go back to the prospect store. I would of liked to remember the gentlemen's name but I visited the store today in the afternoon. A+ 100%

Today I had decided to purchase a new vacuum cleaner and headed to Godfreys Superstore Blacktown. I was assisted by Faysal, who had a tremendous understanding of the products who they worked and what would best suit me. I cant thank him enough for his help and patience while i made my decision. I ended up getting an amazing deal on the Werthiem Series 7 Vacuum along with the Werthiem stick vacuum. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Faysal you wont be disappointed.

Gary was great help. After I gave him my requirements he immediately offered me different vacuum cleaners in different price ranges. Love that I can use the vacuums in store. Highly recommended

The staff at the Blacktown (St Martin's Village) superstore were pleasant and courteous, and made the overall shopping experience easy and efficient.

The manager Gary was wonderful, and explained the various models of spot cleaners and outlined each of their perks and drawbacks based on my individual needs. In this case being costume cleaning.
Based on his experience and product knowledge, I was paired with an appropriate product that met my needs. Which was awesome!

He also explained the trade in perk and I managed to get a decent price for my trade in.

Overall, Good shop. Good knowledge and Good staff. Gary was professional and courteous. Based on today's trip, I Would go back in the future for my cleaning and vacuum needs.

LOOK FOR GARRY if you're visiting Godfreys Megacentre!

I’ve been meaning to buy myself the Bissell Spotclean Turbo from Godfreys. My partner and I decided that we should go to the Megacentre, rather than the Westpoint at Blacktown due to the pushy salesman. I rang the store to check if they had the spotcleaner in stock and Garry was kind enough to put one on the side for me!:)

Garry was informative and knew what was best for an investment, so he’d explain our options and explain why this is the best option. There’s no B. S.and he cut right through the chase. He offered me deals and he’d display what he’s doing on the computer screen to show that he’s 100% true to his word that discounts will be applied.

I recently bought a Wertheim Series and Stick Vacuum bundle at Westpoint Blacktown, Garry happened to look through our history purchase and explained the questionable things that my partner and I wondered that day when we purchased the vaccuums (the salesman was pushy and dodgy). Only to find out that we could’ve got something more to the bundle and discount (it was promised but never given), which was disappointing in the end because they weren’t honest.

The store almost has most of the products that you'd be looking for and you wouldn't be frustrated!

If you’re looking for someone who’s going to be 100% honest with you, offer deals (that you as a customer deserves!), lays out the best options for you, and the type of salesmans who won't make you feel guilty for purchasing what you really came in for, look for Garry. He'll be available to you for the weekdays and you won't regret it! He'll give you a wonderful and a breezy time! Haha.

The rudest, most offensive most uncustomer focussed retail experience ever.
We have always shopped at Godfrey's but never again.and from reading some of these reviews it's indicative of this store and their staff. Walk in to see the staff member watching a movie on their phone, being addressed as "bro". Being told a valid driver's licence on my phone that is acceptable to NSW police as photo ID is not acceptable to Godfrey's and then being told "don't tell me the law I know more about the law than you bro! " Seriously? Where do you find these employees an Eminem concert? Do NOT waste your time. When every sale counts go where your business and you are respected.when you see five star reviews from the franchisee for his own store then you know they have no integrity at all. Godfrey's can do much better then this!

I have had many positive experience with the shop Franchisee Garry Sharma, however after my last visit to his store, one of his staff had given me the worst customer service ever. My family & I will not return to this particular store, unless we get served by Garry himself.

This staff that Garry hired had left a sour taste in our mouths, and I hope that Garry sees the truth and doesn't get played by his own staff.
