We went in on Sunday to buy a Tineco mop/vaccume and we had the best customer service. The staff member was so helpful and managed to convince us to upgrade to the S7. His suggestions were helpful and i love the mop. Thank you for understanding customer service and putting customers first.

Bought a vacuum, got extended warranty with it to just be told 2 years later that it’s not in their system and now I’m stuck with an $800 paper weight.

I bought a vacuum from Faisal and Gary recently and was so happy with the service and with the vacuum I bought. I was tired of stick vacs with no power and Faisal knew just what to show me. They were very patient while I tried all the features and attachments for myself. Gary gave me a great deal and I was driving home with my new vacuum in less than 10 minutes.

I came to buy a vacuum today and was unsure what I needed. I was assisted by Garry and he was very helpful and most of all knowledgeable in all the products. He took his time explaining the different products and advised on what was best suited for what I was looking for in a vacuum. Gary has done wrong by my wife Maryanne. Not impressed. We paid $1000 for a new vacuum. It’s broken twice now. My wife has been very patient. It’s been 6 months. The service has been terrible. Next step will be me attending in person and see if he would like to talk down to me in person? It’s much easier to talk down to a woman. If Godfrey’s don’t do right by my wife, we will be going to The Department of fair trading and requesting a full refund. I look forward to meeting Gary in person tommoro

WARNING! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! Absolutely disgraceful service! I was sold a $1000 Tineco vacuum which broke after a few weeks. I returned to the store to get a replacement part and was accused of ABUSING the vacuum! How dare I use the vacuum on a flat floor. I was told this has NEVER happened before implying it was my fault.it took a month to get that fixed.a month later the wheels fell off another part! I took it back, was REFUSES a refund and told it wasn’t under manufacturer warranty. Gary is the Manager and was far from interested, as was his staff, in resolving the issue and raised his voice when I was trying to explain what happened… so rude! I was told MAYBE they would fix the part it’s been 2 months now and I’ve had to follow up three times to be told “ what do you want me to do about it”! Now I’ve been told the parts department is shut due to COVID and they weren’t sure when it was going to be fixed and never provided an update. Next port of call is the DEPARTMENT OF FAIR TRAINING! Ring it on! You’re an absolute disgrace to society and thieves! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!
