Glasshouse Port Macquarie reviews
58Took part of the luminosity youth summit at the glass house for the third year this year 2019 and the glass house staff are always so lovely and kind when it comes to hearing us and providing us with the facility to have the summit awesome job
Splendid place to come to, wonderful acts and experiences, good service; it would be helpful to have proper hand-drying facility of some kind in the 'restrooms'.
Last night we saw The Celtic Tenors, fantastic. This was our second show for the week. Love The Glass house. Thank you.
In the heart of Port Macquarie you find the Glasshouse home to great entertainment and the Art Gallery.
The staff are so very friendly. I am wheelchair bound and they could not do enough to help. The whole facility is of first class standard, the actual theatre is of acoustic high quality, the side theatres are mostly used for community events of interest from primary school children to interests for older people, the art gallery is always of interest. A great facility!
Beautiful venue to be seen in, such professional techs, great resources, a pleasure to come through this venue today
Great place to visit and see a show with friends bring a jacket a/C cold when sitting in a show
Saw Foster & Allen.wonderful show, searing was great. Very disappointed (as were many others) that cd’s etc were unavailable owing to pricing arrangements with establishment. Why is it necessary to take more when you have the seating prices?
The wiggles concert was great.not being able to cater for young children in capsules and prams etc in the seats you purchased sucked a bit and not having the kids able to dance was also a downside.wiggles should reconsider their venue next time.
Smaller than expected but I have no complaints at all, easy to get in and out. Could see the show, sound was fine etc
The gallery currently has a wonderful blacksmithing sculpture exhibition which is very interesting. Worth a visit!
The venue was great, but lack of parking.
There is no designated parking. Just find what you can in the streets around.
The place to go and have your expectations reached. Kind and efficient staff. Comfortable and perfectly acclimatized theater. Neat as it should be.
What a great venue, well thought out venue, BUT, the only downfall is the parking, where you have to walk to the shopping centre parking for late nights.
Love visiting the gallery here. Beautiful facility and staff. Haven't visited the museum downstairs yet
Fantastic world class facilities but in a terrible location. Think great location? You might want to include parking next time. Wrestle with the thousands of other restaurant goers, along side any performance guests. Obviously someone refused to listen to the word of reason for one reason or other when building this masterpiece.
I recently used The Glasshouse to host an evening function and really loved it. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the space was beautiful - really different to the usual club where we hold our evening seminars. Is highly recommend The Glasshouse.
My favourite place to enjoy live entertainment due to the stunning architecture and fantastic sound.
