Dealing with Craig for one of the most significant decisions of life was extremely satisfying. The entire process before signing the contract was stressful, required full time involvement in calculations, research, analysis and answers to multiple questions. He was available for this any time of the day and week, to support in that phase. I was surprised to get his responses in late hours. He made sure that my questions were answered through effective back up plans, if in case he was not going to be available. The way he devised the closure of deal was a masterstroke.

I felt valued while dealing with him. Trust is most important in such interactions and I felt secure. The entire process was flawless and smooth. Amazing experience.

I have only been renting through Gilmour for a short time however I can’t express how professional and proactive they are. Our property manager Aleksandra is outstanding! She is prompt in identifying, attending to and resolving issues that arise. The previous company we rented through were the complete opposite so it is very refreshing to have someone look after you that knows what they’re doing.

Can’t recommend Charlene Fotheringham enough as a property manager. She has managed our rental property for a number of years. Many rental agents have tried to poach us giving discounted fees etc but we have stayed due to the service from Charlene. The last time our property was in the market for rent, she made sure we had the right tenant for the property who would look after it and who is prepared to stay long-term. She has been honest enough with her observation of whether a tenant is a right fit. We have had issues with an insurance company in the past who was not able to fix a leak in the ceiling, Charlene was able to get it done without much fuss. She has been a true professional in all our dealings with her and could tell have much experience in the field.

I highly recommend Laura Garling property manager who has strong communication skills while being proactive, involved and very knowledgeable which is why I also recommend Laura’s advice.

Thanks to Charlene, property manager, for her quick responsiveness after experiencing a flood in the early hours of the morning. Only a couple of hours later, we had an electrician, plumber and handyman all attend and fix what was needed. Charlene made the whole process seem less which is a real credit to her. Thanks so much

Excellent throughout the whole process!
We recently purchased a property via Craig Alexis and the experience was smooth and without stress. Craig was excellent throughout the whole process and all communication was quickly replied too. We have no hesitation in recommending Craig in buying and selling.

When we rented 7 Torrs St, Baulkham Hills the cleanliness of the house was horrible. Every wall was covered with mold and after cleaning I noticed the actual colour of the walls is white!
The kitchen was a nightmare to clean. Every corner was oily and dirty. The bathrooms were the same, mold and spider web was everywhere.
One of the bedrooms had a terrible carpet full of dirt, wear and tear so I didn't want to use it as a bedroom at all.
I always kept the place clean and well maintained and the rent has bern paid on time. Didn't receive any complaint from several inspections we had.
Now it's time to get our bonds back and they're asking for carpet cleaning and pest control as we had a cat. I didn't even let my poor cat to sleep on that horrible carpet.
I'm sure if we pay for those things they're not using it for the house because when we rented the place it was in a terrible condition.
All the good reviews come from landlords and it shows they don't care about tenants at all.
Never recommend this agency.

We selected Craig Alexis at Gilmour to list our property and he did not disappoint. Craig has decades of experience in the Hills District, a track record for listing similar properties to ours (a townhouse) and getting well over reserve prices. We had a very tight 2 week timeline and Craig was able to get the property listed, produce all marketing materials (including a video), fast-track paperwork with conveyancers and have over 40 people turn up for the first viewing. Craig then secured a buyer within 4 weeks of listing the property, ready for us to celebrate and head off for Christmas. We highly recommended him.
