I handed over my property for lease to Gilmore, Baulkham Hills after having no luck for more than 2 months with Ray White, Castle Hill who insisted on dropping the rent. One day later Laura Garling Managed to find a tenant at the originally advertised rent and put together a contract to start a week later. During the week, she kept on communicating with me every step of the way. Excellent piece of Real Estate work and I am very pleased.

He kept us updated every step of the way, which was important to us because we weren't just selling our home but looking to purchase at the exact same time, so lining everything up was crucial. Craig even helped facilitate the purchase of our home and was available at all times as we had to meet deadlines to ensure our purchase went through. We sold our home in a very short space of time and we couldn't have been happier with Craig and his team.
