We received a very professional and friendly service from Gilmour Proprty Agents. The Property Manager Sana Joshi was truly helpful and professional throughout. All our urgent requests were promptly attended to by Sana providing desirable solutions.

I would like to share my thoughts on my Property Manager Richard Camba. I have been with Richard through two tenancies and he always made it so easy. He is always the consummate professional. He handles all enquiries quickly and you never need to send any follow ups. He is so relaxed and easygoing and made both tenancies a breeze. Even during the inspections, it was like a visit from an old friend. He answered my enquiries quickly and kept me abreast of the situation so I always knew what was happening. I never had that feeling of ever just being a rent cheque. Richard is simply superb as a Property Manager and he always goes above and beyond. I just cannot say enough good things about him.

We have been tenants with Gilmour property agents Castle Hill now Baulkham Hills for over 8 years, we found the property manager always prompt to respond and act with issues which have arisen.

Laura Garling assisted us in finding tenants for a property of ours. She was proactive in quickly following up with required work in finding a tenant. She was also helpful in providing suggestions and advice that best met our requirements. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic challenges, she was able to find a tenant for the rental rate we were expecting. Laura Garling has always been very helpful & prompt to inform me of any problems with my property which she then sorts out quickly & professionally. She has always been very easy to communicate with.

Sana has been a responsive agent and she did her best to ensure we were looked after as long term tenants. We had no trouble about rental increment during our four year tenancy as Sana made it happen since we looked after the property and always paid our rents in advance.

Tahsin is unlike other real estate agents in that he is honest, personable, approachable and has a great client service ethos. I would highly recommend if you want a genuine experience with managing your rental property.

We recently sold our townhouse in Castle Hill through Khalil Elkoussa. We had never met him before. Because of the covid lockdown, we could not travel to Castle Hill from Canberra where we live, in order to organise the renovation and sale of the property. Khalil played a simply outstanding role in organising and supervising the renovation prior to sale. He engaged very competent tradespersons, cleared all costs with us, and kept us fully informed with regular reports, photos and videos. We felt very confident in accepting his recommendations about marketing, and are delighted with the outcome of the sale. We give him a five-star rating for the work he did for us.

We was tenant with them and they gave us lots of stress and anxiety over 2 years. Spend lots of money on the property look after the house. They are so racist.

Unfortunately everything was good until application time impossible to locate agents via there website and then after long winded application form they request more info which just confused things.no real reason the house could have been rented to the first people to look at it.massive let down won't go anywhere near them
