Fusion did a great job on an emergency call out. Within minutes of my call, Steve was on his way. He arrived and got me back into my apartment all within half an hour, much to my relief. Thanks Fusion, and thanks Steve!

Don and Steve fixed a jammed lock very quickly, and without damaging the newly-painted door frame; they also quickly solved a problem with a cupboard lock. I would happily engage them again.

I cannot praise Steve and Don enough, absolutely first-rate. They replaced an outmoded lock on a fire-rated door which posed several technical problems. With their combined expertise they resolved the issues. They were professional, personable and efficient. I will only use Fusion in the future - they care about what they do.

Daniel of Fusion was at my place within 1/2 hour of me ringing him about my broken front door lock which posed a security problem. The job was more complicated than I thought, the lock was dodgy but biggest problem was the door. He rehinged the door, fixed the lock and it’s now better than it had ever been since I moved in. He’s a friendly courteous bloke with a delightful attitude. And good value. Highly recommended.
