This was an amazing experience. Not only did i get let in the house but it was glorious to watch this fine mans technique. Ive never been so impressed by another mans art as I was tonight and I cannot recommend this show and experience enough

Josh was nothing short of a legend. It was middle of the night and whilst I had a few delays Josh was pretty stressed. My lock was a bit of a hassle and I had the day from hell. He persisted with the job and really saved my week how he handled it and eventually got me out of trouble. Thank you - I really appreciate it. So many terrible experiences with lock smiths in the past.

Excellent service. Locksmith turned up quickly and opened our door. He was very friendly, helpful, professional and informative. Knew what he was doing. I appreciated it a lot as we had just moved in, stuff was everywhere and it was just nice to have someone so genuine! Thank you and recommend these people 100%

I Can’t believe I had my most expensive locksmith service in my whole life. I under stand it’s New Year’s Eve but 438.90 dollars for just open my apartment door in less than 1 minute is unbelievable. And throughout the sms of our conversation he doesn’t even tell me how much is the service but ask me to type agree the service. To confirm.i feel like I been trapped by this small tricks.this is not the right way to do business and definitely not the good star for me to start my first day of new year. I am absolutely disappointed and upsetting because what’s just been happen to me. Guys be aware!

After making a call, the technician came in 10 minutes and open the door WHICH IS SUPER QUICK. NICE, QUICK, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE highly recommended and very satisfied with super quick service.

Steve and Don did an excellent job. The job was tricky and took longer than expected, but they only charged me for the 15mins labour originally quoted. I really appreciated this.

Had a key snap off in the barrel of my front door and couldn't get inside my home. Called Fusion, there after hours communication was poor. Tech confirmed to turn up at 9pm and would call on approach. No one turned up at 9pm, no courtesy call to say tech was running late had to chase up twice with after hours call center. Cancelled job and used a locksmith who turned up on time.

I called these guys at 3: 30 in the morning and the very rude lock smith couldn’t even get us into our room and only got us as far as the fire escape on a floor way below and still demanded $300 for the job. After we paid we had to get another lock smith anyway so it was a massive waste of money working with fusions.

Huge shout out to Steve, Liz & Josh for all their help in supplying and installing new window winder locks to the upstairs bedrooms. Great & efficient service from Fusion, all sorted on the same day with awesome pricing. Steve is an absolute champion with his knowledge & workmanship. Highly recommended!

Steve came out at 1130pm and saved my case! He did an amazing job and tolerated my silliness being locked out, all sorted in a short while, highly recommended!
