Steve quoted me one price on the phone - arrived and said it would be 50 more - not impressed

Fusion Locksmiths were available when needed and they were flexible with the job required. Would recommend them to others!

I would like to so a huge thank you to all our loyal customers and supporters who have helped us keep our heads above water during the difficult times we've all had to endure. I am happy with all the overwhelming support we have had since the covid 19 pandemic-hit and crippled us and most other small companies.
IT because of your kindness and patience that under the skeleton crew we have been having to manage with that we are still battling on with a slight light starting to appear in the hopefully near future.

While the locksmith was professional and courteous, the fees were astronomical! It’s appalling to charge $396 for what was essentially 5 minutes work. Charging huge fees to people who are stranded outside in the middle of the night. I should have called around.

Stop searching Fusion locksmiths are the business. Josh is a wizard. Seamless, professional service that got me out of a jam & into my apartment @ 3am on a school night.

Joshua from Fusion Locksmiths was a lifesaver this week when I locked myself out at 12: 30am. Another locksmith service I tried told me to find somewhere to sleep and call them in the morning - a shocking response to a woman on her own locked out in the middle of the night. But Josh took my call and came to the rescue quickly. He'll be my go-to locksmith from now on. Thanks again for your help Josh!

Josh provided a very professional service where he promptly attended our home to make keys for a lock which was missing its original keys.

Finding their stickers all over our building. Completely unprofessional form of advertising! Our building cleaners are not getting paid to clean up after you and it just makes you look bad!

Josh discussed our problem over the phone, and provided honest advice which solved the problem without the need for the locksmith to attend. I will not hesitate to use Josh in the future.

Josh did a good service for me last night when out door lock fail to open. We got inside the hour with in half an hour and after service Josh gave me a throughout explanation on how to claim back $ from strata include with his receive. Although labour fee are a bit too expensive but may be it was after hour any way.in short, punctual, reliable and professional, definitely recommend.

After being locked out of my house for two hours, attempting to get in on my own and failing to do so, I called Fusion Locksmiths and spoke with Josh, the director. After arranging for someone from the company to come and unlock the door for me, my housemate arrived home and had a key. Knowing that it was unlikely I would be able to cancel, I quickly called Josh back, and explained my situation. He told me that normally there is a 75% cancellation fee, but understood my situation, and he totally waived it for me! I did not have to pay a cent. Josh not only provided amazing and professional service, but also showed me mercy and compassion, and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you so much, Josh! - Ruvé

I waited for 30mns for a locksmith & he didn't show up. I tried ringing the locksmith number & the phone appears to be diverted to an overseas number & unfriendly lady answered with basic english. Terrible service & wouldn't recommend.

Locked my keys in the car at midnight and Josh came out right away and fixed it. Really well priced too and best service!

The actual job was done fine but the aftermath has been so stressful. I called these guys out way back in March, and then passed them my landlords details for billing. Since then, they have emailed, called and texted me multiple times with a statement and every time I reply telling them my landlord's details, they say 'alright' and things are quiet for a while and then they contact me again! It's been so long that I don't even live in my old house anymore, if only they'd listened to me the first time they would have been paid in March.

If anyone from Fusion is reading this- I've blocked your emails now and I won't be answering calls/texts. If you want more information you can read through the multitude of emails and texts I sent- everything you need is right there.

As I can see from other poor reviews Josh plays innocent of any wrong doing. In my case I was looked out in the cold without a jacket, he took my call and said he would arrange a locksmith but after 1/2hr no locksmith so I texted him (as per his texted instructions if no technician arrived after 1/2hr) and got no reply. I then tried to ring him and he answered but immediately hung up without talking. Finally to give him the benefit of doubt I rang again and my call was blocked.
Please don't accept jobs if you have no intention of doing the job.

Josh answered his call instantly the moment the call was made even at 7am. He arrived very quickly to my house and helped me unlock within minutes, and the most amazing thing was my lock was perfectly fine too. It was not damaged at all. He unlocked it so fast and professionally. Best and fastest service, totally the locksmith you should call when you're in emergency. Thank you Josh.
