They're really bloody expensive! No more Citadel stuff, either. Lotsa cool plastic models though, again, too expensive.

Ordered an item 1 week ago at express shipping. Was meant to receive it two days ago. I'm pretty sure it hasn't even been sent and now it says they're out of stock on their website so I'm pretty sure they don't even have it. Havent heard anything from them, and they haven't had the courtesy to even reply to my message asking what's happening. Disgraceful. Requesting refund from them. Thanks for wasting my time. What a flog. Taking people's money for nothing. Will report to ACCC shortly.

Finally got my refund. Didn't hear anything from the company. Very poor service, will not order from here again.

Ordered a Kyosho FW06 from these guys from ebay.
Made a call organised a extra glow plug and nitro starter pack and 1lt of fuel they organised it and sorted it to be shipped asap.it arrived 2 days later very happy with the service and my new Kyosho FW06 cant thank your team enough cheers again Rusty.

I recommend going to the store, email or call them directly. Online queries/features (message and even stock notifications) are very inconsistent in my experience and webstore stock isn't up to date with new arrivals/restocks, which is frustrating during this age.

Apart from that, everything else is spot on! There has always been someone there to help in store and on the phone you can talk to. They have a great group of staff that are quite knowledgeable and friendly.

Spent over 1200 dollars on models and spray equipment and out of all the paint I needed they only stocked about ten percent

Great store for all your needs in RC Modelling, toys, games, puzzles. Shop assistant was a newbie and a bit helpless on RC stuff.but come time he will learn.

Honestly the best hobby in NSW, and I honestly cannot day enough about the friendly and helpful staff!

Very helpful and friendly staff both in person and over the phone. I was able to order in stock and backorder stock in the one order and have it held to all stock arrived to get the free shipping. Once posted it arrived in less than 24 hours. I'm also super impressed by their range of products and one of the very few places you can get Vallejo Model Colour. Highly recommend them:)

Walked in and had a quick look around for myself as to what I needed, found some of it. So I asked the staff for help and they were immediately super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, made the trip well worth it and got everything I was looking for.

Great customer service. Upon receiving my first order back in late August I noticed that one of my items was not correct. I contacted customer service and they were happy to help me out. Just received my replacement item today and have to say I am impressed with the over and above service.

Great range of model rail locos and supplies, 100% worth the drive to Newcastle. Also if you find something on the website that's in stock but can't find it then they are more than happy to help out as some stock was behind the counter. Also thank you to the staff for double checking the compatibility of what I was buying before I walked out!

Range of toys is second to none. Great place to find everything from the simplest old skipping rope or slinky through every board/card games and puzzles to remote control items. Prices are high but they have everything on hand.

Terrible shop for posting you wait weeks ive gotten the wrong item more than once and my last item was missing parts come in a seal box lol resealed good job, but the sticker was off scammers ripp offfs selling second hand goods as new shop needs new management

Great shop, tons of remote control toys. It's got plenty to keep my boyfriend busy for hours on end! I'm not sure if it was there before but they now seem to have a massive aisle of jigsaw puzzles. Perfect for the lockdown!

Excellent selection of models, paints and R/C cars and accessories. Could easily lose track of time. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you can't make it out to Newcastle, they have a fantastic online store as well.

The staff were incredibly helpful & very friendly. Felt like a family run business even though it isn't.
Staff were very knowledgeable on their products that they stock & I even had a staff member help me out by modifying some wiring on an R. C.as I wasn't confident to do it myself.
1 very happy customer & I will definitely be returning for business!
