Ordered two Gunpla I couldn’t find elsewhere locally and based on previous experience ordering interstate from other suppliers was expecting the boxes to be a little banged up and probably a little late. It might not be a lot of money for Frontline but it was a bit for me and a gamble on when and in what condition they turned up. Got a card in the box saying Rob L packed it. Well done Rob L. Perfect packing, pristine boxes, arrived on time. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks.

Great experience as always! Found everything we were looking for and of course so much more.

The staff were polite, professional, and helpful as they normally are. We were greeted as we walked through the door and checked out efficiently when we were ready to leave.

Received a defective order. Tried to contact them. Emails unreachable; Phone number has been disconnected. I'm from Tassie. Did this business go bankrupt because of NSW COVID-19? How do I report this scam to NSW government?

Had a 2.2k order and they mixed up my $900 medieval chess board with something less then half the value. When I called up they asked me to email them, but are insulting me as well. This type of customer service is why they lost customers not car parks. Fix it!

Never been in store but their online service is a joke. No communication whatsoever to get refunded. Don't take my money if you don't have it, and at least have the courtesy to reply to a message asking what's happening.

Twice the web site did not match with stock available in store. Rang last time to conform they had the item I was after as it showed both items were available online. Rang before leaving home and actually asked the person over the phone to physically check it was on the shelf, they said yes both items were there. After driving an hour to get there, neither item was in stock, the lazy assistant just looked at web site which was wrong. There response, "sorry we are really busy". Don't trust website. Also wrong price on web site and item numbers. So what you think you order is not what you get. I won't shop there again. Happened twice now.

Worst customer service of any of the Australian Hobby stores. I ordered something, on the day it was due to arrive, someone from their store redirected this to a parcel locker 900 km from my house in another state. I tried redirecting it back, but Australia Post rejected this and it sat in the parcel locker for 7 days and has now disappeared. I asked for a refund, they refused. I asked to send another one, they refused. So hear I am, out of pocket and nothing to show for it. And, to make it worse, I have had to chase an update multiple times and have got nothing. At one point a lady there tried to tell me that no one from their end would redirect it, and that Australia Post had made the mistake. I had al;ready been tod, ath the notes on the system indicated that someone internally had requested the redirection, but they weren't in and couldn't explain it. So for this person to immediately absolve responsibility and ignore my advice that we had already established it was someone at their end, only serves to indicate the level of responsibility and care these people take for their customers. I will never shop here again. RIP OFF!

Careful what you order online. Website says they have what your after in stock - 3 months later your still chasing your order - all this after the owner appears on the news stating they are fully stocked.

Ordered items that were in stock according to their website. Close to 3 weeks later and still have not received items. Logged into my account to see that the items I ordered are now on back order, and still showing as in-stock on their website. No responses to multiple requests for update on my order. Have now requested a cancel and refund with surprise! No response. Horrible interaction with this business and will never purchase from here again.

Thank you Frontline Hobbies for making lockdown bearable. Recently ordered a kit online, and was delivered on time (as the website specifies).
Frontline has a wide variety of hobbies and are well-stocked. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Lots of stock. Overpriced. Not willing to commit to full price matching. Made up some rubbish excuse. 3 people looked at me and pretended to be busy until one was told to serve me. Not impressed at all.

I recently bought a Airfix starter set with some paints and brushes included, being bored in lockdown and having a lot of time on my hands has me discovering hobbies I never knew I had. The kit was shipped super fast and arrived within a few days no issues. As I worked my way through the kit trying to figure out what I was doing, I realised some of the paints were dried before opening, I decided to shoot off an email to frontline to which they have sent me brand new paints for the colours that I didn’t have. I have since ordered more products online through them and haven’t been disappointed with the quality of product and the fast shipping. 10/10 would recommended

Ordered a model kit for my Son’s birthday. Item arrived poorly packaged and every piece of the model car body was broken. Totally unusable. Sent multiple photos of evidence. Had to ask numerous times for a return slip. Poor communication from Narelle. Ended up getting it from another employee via email. After running around printing out the slip taking the package back to the post office to return. It’s been a week since I returned the item and still no response regarding refund or store credit. Have sent multiple messages via website “resolution centre” with no reply. I just wanted my money back so I could buy my Son a present he deserves. I am still waiting. It’s been almost 3 weeks. 1 star is being generous.

Dreadful customer service.

I purchased some track from these guys and when 3 days later i could see that the item still had not been sent i requested a refund.

No response.

I contacted them via Facebook Messenger - again, so response even though i could see they had read the message.

I can now see in my account that the order has been cancelled but do you think i can get a refund out of these guys?

A refund? I cant even get a response.

Next stop consumer affairs.

Good place yo go for remote cars plenty of choice and can kill sometime looking whil I’m waiting for other things.

Great store, great staff. Only one problem I seem to spend to much money there. Great place just to relive many memories. Well done and staff never hassle you. You can look for hours. They have two chairs you can sit on if waiting for your love ones to look through the store.

Great range of toys, RC Cars/trains/boats/planes, puzzles, board games, models to build, models already built, lego, arts and crafts. Had a great selection. Nice big shop and plenty of room to move around. Will be back. Just a bit of a pain to park.

What's not to like. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Every hobby genre cattered for. Can spend hours in this shop.
