If you're into model building and RC. Sure place to go. And have alot of puzzles. But lacking in games. I think it would be wise for them to allocate more space for games (board games/ card games and likes)

Has everything we need when model building and so many other things the kids love. We love visiting this shop and drive an hour to get there. Staff are fabulous, store is clean, tidy and always full of cool new things. Definately a hidden GEM!

Hello everyone who reads this review. My name is Byron McRae. I purchased a Proboat Impulse 32 v2. I received the order and checked the boat. Greased the flex shaft done the collet up tightly, went for it's maiden voyage. Finished with the voyage took the hatch cover off, and a big puff of smoke came out of it. BIG PROBLEM. The stuffing tube was burnt at both ends. Very disappointing.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a model from here and delivery was to come by Friday. No. They didnt even send it for delivery on Friday and therefore they still had the model. Needed it asap so we drove almost 3hrs to Newcastle to get it. There they took a long time to provide the model, to which they said earlier was already preparped at the reception. We also lost money for delivery charges. 1 star but would give 0 if possible.

Great model, PEGASUS "V1 Flying Bomb" 1: 18 scale. Promptly sent and arriving soon after. Big scale is good for my old hands.

Mate the shop is wikd had everything and the staff are very helpful, gotta be more cashed up next time and do some real damage.

Absolutely useless. Sends the wrong thing and thats the end of it. Made me prove i had bought it, which i did. Then no communication or response to emails. Id give zero stars if it was an option.

While I was initially happy with my online order, the customer support I received after receiving a faulty part was pretty horrendous. Two full weeks, three emails and two phone calls it took to confirm they had actually sent the replacement part. I was told on two seperate occasions that it was sent and later found out it wasnt. Definitely won't be shopping here again.

Such a bad experience with Frontline.
Purchased a product, product faulty, was coerced into thinking the fault was normal.
Terrible communication and customer service.

Frustrating online purchasing experience. The staff didn’t notify me about out of stock, making me waiting for more then 10 days for them to dispatch my order. After emailing and calling them the finally sent my order partially. Will NEVER come again, and no recommend anyone their online shop.

Update: Received my orders, everything is well protected, so I decide to give another star. Still not recommend though.

Friendly helpful staff as I embark on a new hobby, nothing was a problem. Will definitely be back.

I build/paint anime garage kits and sculpt and I have ordered from this store online a couple of times. They have probably the most extensive range of Japanese products required for this hobby and the prices are VERY reasonable. I've always received my order within a few days. Highly recommended and thank you frontline hobbies for supporting my hobby:)

Bought a RC crawler in store, after some use and on first service I found one screw was stripped from factory, didn’t have a spare so I contacted the store and they will replace the screw for free - can’t ask for better than that, it’s only a few weeks old but I’ve used it - thanks Mark

This place is big but its a cluttered mess. Hurt my head just to be in there. No order to anything, nothing labelled or priced. Like a horders house. Could do with a neater layout and better signage.

They have a great range of everything, if they haven't got it they will get it, friendly staff.

I bought realflight 9.5s and it won’t run on a brand new computer, they say buy other stuff but don’t care that something they sold doesn’t work. They say they cannot offer any warranty and buy other things to see if that works.
I will never buy anything from Frontline or Horizon again. I only purchased 9.5s as neither would help me reinstate my previous rf purchase, just don’t deal with these people.

Absolutely great service, I ordered a Cutty Sark 1/96 Model Ship on the 6th of April and Received it on the 7th of April. Shipping was excellent and the service was exceptional they even left a note:) very good people and I’m happy to buy from Frontline Hobbies again. (The ship looks awesome so far highly recommended).
