Frenchy's Cafe reviews
79I ordered duck, the taste was not as duck but like chicken, and the texture was as dry as chicken as well. Other than that everything was fine particularly the location.
Not so hidden local gem. Very busy. Napoleon is usually good for breakfast. It is ‘egg souffle’ and ham in flaky pastry case served with red pepper and mustard seed sides. Barramundi or duckleg confit is great for lunch if hungry. Should also try orange and coconut cake. Try dunking it in coffee if you’re game. Cafe with a spectacular view of the ocean
I love the twist on traditional menu items, making the usual more interesting in a rather original way. It is also a great location to go fo a walk after!
OMG what a great little cafe
The most friendly staff great food and coffee
We will definitely be back
Great little spot on the sun with a chilled atmosphere and friendly, prompt service. All seating is outside, dogs are welcome. We ordered a hot chocolate thinking that because it's a French-inspired place that they would make REAL hot chocolate with melted chocolate but it was just the regular kind available everywhere. Our meals were enjoyable, the salad had a lot of dressing which I enjoy but might be a bit much for some people
What a delightful restaurant nestled in the National Park Mosman. Food is delicious non fussy tasty and always fantastique- the staff are so helpful and the team provide great service. Rose is the bast for a boozy lunch. Love it!
I've had almond croissants at many places all over the world.and I have to say that the almond croissant i had today at Frenchy's was by far the best!
It’s a really nice place to have coffee, but it’s very expensive. In addition it is annoying when waiters are walking around bored looking into your cup of coffee every few minutes, and the second you done they take the cup away almost literally from your hands. Sometimes they even ask if you are done with coffee when you are not actually done, which makes you feel you need to leave the cafe as soon as possible. Please teach your staff better behaviour.
Gorgeous outdoor setting. Nice food but ridiculously expensive to buy wine by the glass. Usually easy to get a park during the week but not sure about the weekend. Worth a visit.
Hiden gem on the north shore, great atmosphere and service, easy parking. Would be better if there were more food selections.
Awesome cafe. This is my favourite cafe in Mosman. They have delicious food such as their sourdough toast and their drinks like hot chocolates and coffees. I Love how they have been creative with the seats. I don't know why they have done this but the seats are a bit close together in some places of the outside area of the outside dining area the seats are sometimes a bit close together or do not have enough leg room.
Onion soup was good. Ambience is good, we sat outside. Would be good if we could just order from the table. Food is not value for money, it’s expensive. Don’t order the chicken salad. Not tasty and expensive
Lovely location. Nice staff. Overall good food and coffee. Tends to be consistent unless they are super busy. Nevertheless, a local favourite.
Always our Saturday post-ballet routine. Love everything about Frenchy's especially the GF toast, the bacon & egg roll and the brownies!
Great place to sit outside and chat with friends. It does get super busy though and often there are long lines or delays with food.
Great atmosphere and we sat indoors on an early cold morning. Do yourself a favour a buy their cakes - I love the orange with fig! My boyfriend's mum loves the lemon tart. Also the madeleines yumm
Busy french themed cafe. Shared 2 pieces of fruit toast at $14.00.it seemed a touch pricey but it was delicious. Coffee ok.
A little piece of France in mosman. Heavenly views and the food is especially delicious after a bushwalk. Great coffee too
Such a great cafe. Was recommended by so many people to visit. So happy I did. It's in a great location for kids, great coffee and great service.
