47 When I noticed things floating that should have sunk I new that I needed immediate assistance, so raised my arm to be saved from unwanted fluids or backwash.
Whilst it may appear confusing I realised that to solve the fluid problem I needed a fluid expert so contacted Fluid Plumbing. The Receptionist sounded like the splashing ocean which gave me audible joy and an improved start to my day.
Two of their lifesavers arrived in no time which buoyed my spirits no end. They washed away our problem like seasoned professionals and left us dying for our next motion. The whole operation went swimmingly and we can't wait for our next plumbing problem. Luckily my home also has a lighting problem and Fluid Plumbing have agreed to wade out to again solve my problem.
To all readers of my anything but damp response above, just know that Fluid Plumbing and Electrical are privately owned, very professional, and in my opinion, the best in the pond. Don't hesitate to have them paddle along to water down and solve your problems.
Keyan was very responsive, arrived to the house within an hour of calling. He provided 3 quotations and discussed pros & cons of each option. Keyan replaced our leaking tap within an hour.
Weekend call out, The Tech that came out was great, on time and very professional, sorted our blockage and was hassle free. Highly recommended.
Really impressive prompt and friendly service by Andy, who took his time to explain the different products to me and offer me options, which was greatly appreciated. Would happily recommend.
The whole experience was straightforward and easy. I called the office at 7.30am and by 9.30am Damon was on site. He was professional and honest about the issue with my sewer. He worked fast left the sote clean.
The problem was bigger than just a blocked sewer line and Damon provided advice and a quote with options on how to fix the issues. He also talked me through how the problem and what action they would take to fix it.
Than I received a follow up call later in the day to see how my experience was which is great customer service.
