Had Wally from Fluid come out yesterday in an emergency. He arrived when he said he would. Thorough with his work, patient with my child with ASD. Explained what he was intending to do throughly and the associated costs before doing anything. Would 100% have Wally back to do further works in my home.

Couldn't have asked for a more professional company and service. Prompt appointment and on time.
Adam explained everything that needed to be done, no hidden costs. Very personable young man.

Some feedback when you're dropping off your pamphlets. My dog was let out as the gate was left open by whoever dropped them off - they were at my doorstep so clearly they came into the yard. If gates are closed it generally means they need to be closed again. My dog would've been very evident in the yard as he is friendly & noisy. Pease be more careful. Thankfully he was not injured but it could've been devastating. This happened in Mayfield today.

We needed plumbing for the new sink and an upgrade to the 50 year old outside plumbing. Our plumber was friendly, punctual and provided great service with a very challenging job - 50 y/o connections and DIY plumbing. It was a long job, but he stayed late to ensure the job was completed to a high standard. Will definitely use Fluid Plumbing for the the next step in our renovations.

Prompt, friendly service. I called at 8am and they had a plumber there before 9am. Good pricing and I had a follow up call the next day to ensure everything was working. Would definitely use again!

Excellent Service, I rang about 11.30 am and a gentleman named Taylor arrived about 1 1/2 hrs.later after explaining all to me the whole job was finished in about 3 hours EXCELLENT SERVICE

I’ve used fluid plumbing a couple of times now for my sinks and have found them to be really professional and do great work. I will keep using them. My only feedback for the business overall would be i already have 4 magnets so it can’t be good for the planet to keep sending out so many!

Baz arrived on time & did a great job of clearing a blocked stormwater drain, as advertised $99 for clearing & inspection with a camera. He explained the process to us before beginning the job. Would highly recommend.

Matt phoned on the way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and fixed the drainage issues.

Ive used this company 3 times now. They have ticked all my boxes for customer service. Ive had Jake (outstanding) Baz and Jon and Brad S. All of them were personable, professional and efficient. Always after service followup. I thought their prices were reasonable. Im so happy I used these guys and they are my go to people for my plumbing jobs.

They were so professional and courteous and kept me up to date with every thing they were doing and even came up with great solution to a problem I had and fixed it perfectly. As a retired builder I spotted quality in the trades straight away, with the Plumber Lachlan & Electrican Scott. They were very professional & friendly. Great approach as to how they did the work. At all times they kept both my wife & myself informed as to what was happening. Would recommend this company any time

Called late on the Thursday and Wally arrived first thing next morning. Examined the issue and very quickly resolved our issue. He was very courteous, polite and professional and I would not hesitate to have him come back if we needed a plumber again. Great business to deal with.

Rung fluid at 9.30am with hot water system fault, they had someone onsite at 10.30am and it was quoted and repaired within the hour. So within 2 hours the problem was solved - crisis averted.

The kind of experience you would hope to have. Returned all phone calls promptly, arrived when they said they would, assessed the problem in good time and offered their solution.
Came up with a competitive price, and when a deposit was paid, ordered the necessary items.
Kept me informed of delivery date and advised when they would be able to do the work which was completed well and the site left clean.

When we first contacted Fluid plumbing on a Saturday morning, the customer service was excellent and it was clear from the start that they were not after a quick dollar.

Adam gave us a courtesy call before arriving on time for our booking and helped us identify and fix the likely culprits of our issue.

He also gave us a few options for replacing our (very old) hot water system, and took the time to present the pros and cons of each option, and a clear outline of work and costs involved.

We'll definitely be keeping this team on as our go-to plumbing company!
