The team are fantastic. Text before arrival and got here at the arranged time. He had all the knowledge and tools to complete the job and offered follow-up service. I would definitely use Fluid Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

there are a multitude of reliable and trustworthy & genuine plumbers locally that can provide 10x the quality of work for 1/8 of the price.if you do need to call them, get a second quote and a second opinion from another plumber before you proceed.

Ladies and vulnerable customers beware, these guys will rip you off. $12 versus $700. Brett came out to look at a burst flexi hose under my toilet basin mixer. He arrived, took a look at it and informed me it was not possible to replace the hose and whole mixers would have to be replaced. He offered me 4 very budget style mixers all for around $700. I informed him that the mixer was put in 2 years ago to match the kitchen and bathroom. So he proceeded to pretend to look at more stock items but wouldn't go into them in front of me. He then went into my bathroom to verify my mixers match (or to look for more work?), in the meantime I pulled out the paperwork from the original install which showed the whole mixer was only $80. He then insisted it should be covered under warranty and ran for the hills.
My father replaced the hose for $12 at bunnings and the mixer is fine.

The phone staff were friendly and professional. The plumber turned up within the allotted time. He was respectful of me and my property. He was personable, professional and efficient. I would use this company again.

It was so easy to book through their text messaging option. I struggle to get time to call tradespeople, so this was super convenient for me.

They were fast to book me in, and turned up in the timeframe they allocated.

Brent showed me what the problem was, what was required to fix it and was able to do the job asap to put us at piece of mind.

Adam rang and told me that he would be there in 15 minutes and arrived on time. He was polite and very helpful. He said that the problem was minor and he had it fixed and checked in no time. I will be using this company again in the future.

Adam from Fluid Plumbing came to install a new hot water heater for me on Monday. He was very helpful and pleasant and did a great job removing the old one and installing the new one, even though it was a bit tricky getting the old one out. It is working well and I am very pleased with it. I can really recommend Fluid Plumbing Services.

We had a difficult root blockage in the toilet waste pipe. Fluid Plumbing were prompt, knowledgeable and most helpful. With their assistance and advice the problem was solved relatively easily. I would certainly use their services again if necessary.

Called on Fluid to disconnect the plumbing in our kitchen that was being removed. The young bloke did a great job and even helped pull out the kitchen bench all for the call out fee.

I was very grateful, xmas eve, they charged a fair price and they were so helpful when my toilet overflowed and flooded my house! The only ones who got back to me in an emergency! Very helpful
