Customer service from Judy and Luke was fantastic. The men who did the job were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were punctual and finished the job within the expected timeframe. Will recommend Floorvenue.

Minutes before our appointment for a floor inspection, this business rang us demanding to know where they could park. We politely advised them of street parking and freight parking options. An hour later, we discovered that they decided not to attend the inspection at all. When I rang to enquire why, I was met with aggression and unwarranted comments about my age and gender. Highly disgusted by this experience. I have not dealt with a contractor who has demanded their own parking spot before the job has even been awarded.

Very happy with the sales and installation process through Floor Venue. Judy was fantastic; informed, helpful, responsive and very patient, particularly given we changed our choice twice. We went with the laminate boards and although they have only been installed a couple of days, we are very happy so far.

We had a great experience with FloorVenue. We found them on the internet, and gave them a call. They promplty came out for a measure and quote. We visted the showroom and were helped by Jimmy and Judy willingly, even though it was right on closing time. They organised the installation of our flooring in less than a week. Wong who laid the hybrid flooring did a neat and tidy job. FloorVenue have competitive pricing and good service.

Don’t use Floor Venue! They are very dodgy and unprofessional
We made a mistake and don’t want anyone to follow our footsteps. Save your headaches and go to a different one.
We chose them because they have a good range of vinyl flooring with reasonable pricing. Came to see Gordon at Kings Park showroom with the measurements of our kitchen floor, chose the colour & type of vinyl (waterproof), got the quote verbally. They sent someone to take the measurements just to be sure (fair enough), and later told us the different quote of almost $500 more! We expressed our concern with the quoter (Jimmy), he then sent us a slightly cheaper quote than the first, but still about $300 more than the original quote with Gordon at the showroom, and our measurements are exactly the same as their measurements, so we had no idea where Jimmy plucked the numbers from? We had to personally went to the showroom and had a talk with Gordon, who couldn’t explain how Jimmy got his quotes/sums, but willing to do everything for the price we agreed on. By now, alarm bells are ringing, but we still need the work done & gave them the benefit of doubt.
We finally booked in for installation date. Jimmy rang us the previous day to confirm, but 1 hour later rang back to cancel it, saying his worker is sick. WHAT? !
We had to push it hard for them to come back the following day (one day delay) and the installer rocked up with the WRONG colour altogether.we were shocked as how dumb and unprofessional Floor Venue was! We didn’t give up, but insisted no matter what they do, they have to finish the job that day! Four hours later, the installer came back with the correct colour vinyl.
We wasted so much time and effort dealing with them as we have booked tradesmen in for different tasks, and ended up rescheduling everything.
Don’t be fool by their cheap prices, it doesn’t worth your energy, stress level, anger dealing with them later. RUN from them is my advice.

Ps: For the record we never changed our minds on the vinyl colour we chose, we knew what we wanted. The owner is trying to cover up their stupid mistake which made them look even more unprofessional. Ask yourselves: is that the type of people you want to deal with?

Floor Venue, Jimmy. Belfield. These guy's came all the way to the Northern beaches stayed for a day took my old carpet and left me with the most beautiful floors I could ask for. Whilst they are competitive when negotiating please remember quality and service are an important factor. Ease of doing business over the phone was amazing. I would only recommend FloorVenue and I saw about 5 other businesses.

I highly recommend Floorvenue for their professionalism, product quality and speed of installation. We had our house refloored in two stages. The sales people were knowledgeable and offered great advice and a very competitive price. Their tradespeople installing the floors were efficient and thorough. Our floors look amazing and we would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for quality at a good price.
